I've been to this location several times. The line moves very fast and the staff is great. My group asked about their siracha sauce which they didn't have ready when we ordered but the staff member found us when we sat down and brought it over to us. I love all of their choices and their "Chipotle" style ordering. It feels guilt free with so many healthier options. I got the blackened chicken this time and I loved the seasoning but it was way too fatty for me I had to stop eating it. I will return but would probably get their salmon or go meatless the next time. My favorites were the cauliflower mash, broccoli and citrus avocado. Also, their agua frescas and lemonade are a must try. Always delicious! This is a great spot for healthy options on your lunch break. Disclaimer they are less picky than most kids. This location is in a plaza and is easy to access. The inside is always clean, there are always some people, the busiest I've seen it is during lunch hour and even then it's fast service. Everything always tastes fresh, I've never felt like something was sitting too long. We always get the pick 4 which is around $12 and it's more than enough to fill up a large appetite or if you're a smaller eater you could stretch it to two meals. To start I always get the rice and kale salad as my base, my wife gets the sweet potato noodles and brown rice. Both variations taste awesome. For my veggie I always get broccoli, my wife typically gets green beans. Their veggies are always cooked just right, not mushy but not raw. For meat, I typically get blackened chicken, cause I love chicken and want something on the spiced end. Although it's not spicy. My wife typically gets the same or the BBQ or sometimes the Salmon. To finish they have different toppers like cucumber salad or feta salad. They cost extra. I've never needed to get them but they do look good. Lastly, we always get the ginger sauce on top, it's so good. They have other sauces too. They also have an interesting supply of drinks that include juices and protein shakes. I used to eat at Fresh Kitchen Lake Mary almost daily and always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, after the recent menu/vendor changes, I began experiencing consistent gastrointestinal issues (diarrhea) after eating bowls containing their spinach and arugula base. I reached out directly to the store manager and later to corporate, asking for basic information about how their produce is washed and treated (for example, whether chlorine or other chemicals are used). I provided detailed documentation and gave them several weeks to respond. Despite multiple polite follow-ups I never received a complete or direct answer from Fresh Kitchen corporate. At this point, I've had to file reports with the appropriate Florida food safety agencies simply to get transparency about what's in the food. It's disappointing that a company promoting "clean, healthy eating" has been so unresponsive to a legitimate health and safety question. I truly hope management takes this seriously, improves their communication, and provides customers with full disclosure about how their produce is processed. read more

Fountain and bottled drinks are available. On this night, my wife and I found the food just okay. No food really struck us as especially tasty and my wife's almond chicken had to be exchanged because it was so dry. Even one of the employees told us, "Yes, it is and you need to get the avocado (for an extra charge) and that makes the difference." Could it have been past the fresh food hour? Certainly.
