Everyone is always friendly when I stop by and the service moves rather quickly. They keep it very clean so you can certainly eat-in or work from there. Really enjoyed my visit to SoFresh! The food was good, and I'd definitely visit again. Everything was cooked to order, which I really appreciate, and the highlight of my visit was definitely the BBQ Bowl. The staff were very friendly and the place appeared clean. You order from a kiosk, not a person, but there was an employee standing there to help me if I needed it, which was nice since I had never been before. The ingredients were fresh and the presentation was beautiful to fast food to go. The only thing I didn't like with the tuna poke bowl specifically was the hot rice. I've never had a poke bowl with hot rice and now I realize why other places don't serve it hot. So, I put it in the fridge and after it cooled down I ate it and it was very good. I just wish they had the option for cold rice in the poke bowl with raw fish. I guess I would make it a salad next time to keep it cold. read more

Food was great. Got a build your own salad and wrap. Only complaint is the dressing is really unhealthy and full of vegetable oil. I'm happy they put it on the side because I didn't use it and just used hot sauce. You order through a self service screen and then someone brings it out to you. I tried the harvest warm bowl with corn instead of sweet potatoes. Everything was delicious except for the berry fresco drink. It was not to my liking. I did enjoy the friendly staff and customers. Also, the kiosk made it so easy to order. I would recommend table numbers or menu codes at the tables to help locate customers. The place is perfect for small groups. I placed an order for catering online. I called after to confirm that they would be able to fulfill it because it was for a very important meeting for my boss with higher ups in the company. The guy who answered confirmed they would be able to deliver it by noon, but then asked me to cash app him $30 for the delivery fee. I said no, as I was expensing it and he said that's fine it'll still be delivered. So noon hits and no food. I called the store back and the guy blamed it on Uber, saying they never picked it up and then told me Door Dash bought Uber. This is news to me and I see nothing when I tried to search this "merger". So I had to go pick up the food and in doing so it was 30 mins past the time of the meeting. The asking for cash app, the "merger" of door dash and Uber, just gives off fishy vibes. Very disappointed. read more

This restaurant is great for casual, healthy meals where you can customize the dishes to your liking. This place is so good with so many healthy options. You are guaranteed a healthy meal that tastes good! The staff there are always super nice and knowledgeable about the meals. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The store was inviting and clean. I got the Cali bowl and added Buffalo chicken as my protein. The portion was good and everything was fresh and delicious. The bowl had enough protein with chicken, beans, bacon, grains, avocado, and veggies. I also got the avocado coconut smoothie. I loved that it was smooth, refreshing, and not too sweet. When I arrived, there were only two other people in the restaurant. I placed my order and went to find a seat. It was very, very cold in there...so much so that the lady at the register taking the orders was wearing a jacket. She was having a hard time communicating with the cook who seemed to speak Spanish. Everyone who came in had a fairly long wait for their food. Having said all that the food was good. I had a salad and the lettuce was very crisp and fresh. Tucked away in Longwood is this hidden gem! Very quiet, nice music and good ambiance. They have a very extensive menu, and also cater to gluten and vegan! I had the build a bowl (blackened salmon, vegan cheese, black beans, sweet potatoes, kale salad and brown rice. My sister had the BBQ bowl but in a wrap with Lemonade. Overall the food was very good. My blackened salmon was a little salty but nothing that can't be fixed. I did tell the manager and he was willing to give me a $5 coupon towards my next meal! That's what you call great service. Food was just okay. Pricy for the portions sizes. $4 protein add on for 6 pieces of chicken is absurd. The bigger issue was the service or lack there is of service. Walked in and was greeted by no one. Ordered on a kiosk, which is fine. Did not see anyone until the food was brought out and still no words were spoken just sat the food down and walked away disappearing into the back again. As we are almost done eating worker sits at a table and pulls out phone. I walk past him to throw away trash / exit still no words. Food can be mediocre if service is great. Preston the manager lied about the close time and would not make my meal at 4:50. His reasoning was l "we were tryna go home" I asked if the owner knew this and he said yes. I highly doubt any manager would close the store early and not take a customers order. Preston was not doing his job and told me he would not make my order during the times, even though I called ahead and was there before close. Preston should not work here as he wants to cut corners and not do his job. I have worked at a food place and know he did not do his due diligence as a manager or a worker. He should be fired as he serves no purpose there if he cannot do a job he is assigned to do simply because he's "tryna go home". I hope owner sees how their store is being ran truly. read more

In town for a running weekend and were looking for a filling meal with less guilt. Found So Fresh less than a mile from our hotel. There is a dining room but we decided to get it to go. Service was excellent and fast enough given that everything is made to order. We ordered at 7:32 and it was ready at 7:46. They have three ordering screens. Since it was dinner we opted for warm bowls although they have salads and wraps. We got the Bangkok bowl without the almonds and with grilled chicken. We did a make your own bowl with a base of noodles and zucchini and noodles with steak. I did not expect the bowls to be as good as they were. I figured quick dinner with the same old bowls. But the seasonings on these were something special. I didn't even use the teriyaki sauce they provided because it just didn't need it. Crispy kale, saucy noodles and lots of veggies. The build your own bowl was perfect the way he wanted it. He did use the sauce but that one finished off his bowl. Shame there isn't one closer to me. read more

The name stands up to the flavor! The food is "so fresh!" I did create your own salad and love the ingredients. I did romaine base, apples, strawberries, cucumber, and onions with chicken as my protein. I sat down after ordering and my salad was brought out to me within 4 minutes! Mind you, they have a lot of to-go orders coming and going as well as business people eating lunch. It's small inside so given the 6 other tables were occupied, it was considered "full." So happy I discovered SoFresh since I work on this side of town but would LOVE for a location to open in Waterford Lakes! read more

So excited to try this place! I've been hearing lots of great reviews so was happy when my family and I came to visit. The inside was very clean and the young lady at the register was very helpful and sweet! Great customer service! They have a large menu featuring warm bowls, salads, quesadillas, wraps and smoothies. I built my own salad and tried out the grass-fed steak with avocado creme. The steak was so wonderfully flavorful that I didn't need any dressing to add any more pizzazz to my veggies...but I added the avocado creme dressing anyway. It was so yummy that I'm not embarrassed to say I licked the serving cup clean. The place itself is very clean and bright and the staff was friendly, helpful and informative. The food is great however their service has gone down a lot in the last couple of months , there is an African American man in the front who clearly doesn't like his job , he is rude and inpatient to customers . He gets his orders mixed up and then blames the people in the kitchen when he is the one putting them together and then gives customers an attitude for returning wrong orders. read more

Came here for the first time and was very impressed with how tasteful the food is! I'm normally a FK kinda girl but this def will be my new spot. Had a build your own bowl (1 with salmon, 1 with garlic herb chicken), tulum quesadilla with steak, and build ur own wrap with the garlic herb chicken. Every bite was very flavorful and the sauce is . Only thing, I wish they would be a little bit more generous on the rice and allowed 1 extra veggie without extra charge. I came here when this location opened. The food was fresh, didn't leave me feeling heavy or drowsy, everything was clean, and the workers were kind. Lately, the food is served with a pool of oil (which my stomach cannot tolerate and is not very "fresh"), the workers are sloppy, uniforms are not cared for, kitchen looks a mess, and the food portions are much smaller (half the amount). I used to get food from here and have to take it home because it was so much but now I eat at the restaurant and I'm still hungry because it's half the amount they would give before. Which is ridiculous because the food is not as fresh as it used to be. They're charging more for food that is not as good as it was. I don't know why I have to go into an establishment that has good food and good potential and ask them to make it better because I know that that's what they could be doing. Seriously, where did the so fresh mindset go? Everything used to be a lot better here. Now I feel a little disgusted coming here.
