The addition of onions and cilantro worked to bring some brightness to the sandwich. Acid in the cucumber salad to offset the richness of the birria. Felt a bit upscale in everything but presentation, but what can you do with styrofoam, right? And a decent sized sandwich and side for $15. Kudos. We had the Thai version with slaw on the side - just AMAZING! Incredible flavors, especially the peanut sauce. A perfect mix with the other toppings, and we loved the touch of sriracha for kick (but not flaming). The homemade pineapple slaw was also fantastic, and a great mild paring to the flavors with the dawg. Hope we catch this truck again to try the tacos next!

This was a-okay I love the flavors but for the first time today I found a huge chunk of fat in the consome , the dish also had way too many onions for me, I asked for light onion which worked in the past but seemed regular to extra . I got two carne asada tacos but can't say that I liked the meat ... maybe they switched brands it taste off / different to me- less beefy... this was mostly for my little chihuahua tho and she didn't mind the taste at all! babe loved his burrito, $12 - and his trucking torta, $19 - but said we will have to cut back our visits here to twice a year maybe with these high prices.
