Initially I spoke with Mike & then felt the most fit with Mercedes who I actually bought from. She is so personable and honest. I got a good feeling with her. She was an expert on her spa products. She made me feel comfortable with buying the product & being important (sole owner) With Covid turn around time was a few months out but Mercedes was on top with their inventory and found a GRANDEE model that was a good color fit for my house. Obviously special order with colors could be months out. I bought GRANDEE with all the bells and whistles BUT to be an very easy product t maintain. Delivery was good with exception that my person did not measure correctly and installers had to remove my side fence ($100 more) and paid on spot. MUST MUST ensure your entrance will work for spa & your concrete slab area is large enough to accommodate. This was my own mess BUT installers made it work out. I had 2 frantic calls to Mercedes who immediately was on call (now her work days) to answer my questions. This is how helpful she is!! The home setup once filled with water was pretty simple. Ensure you have the steps for the products to set your water balancing etc I am happy with this model. Definitely roomy. The jets are hard pressure when adjusted so I am happy, The seats are deep enough for adults. And of course the kids think it's a warm pool. I would recommend Mercedes to help anyone who is looking.

I had two other contractors give me quotes and state that no modifications are needed. Jason at Aquapro admitted that this is how they make money on customers that the home warranty sends them. They add vague "modifications" that aren't covered to the work-order when nothing actually needs to be modified so they can charge out of pocket charges. I told my home warranty and provided proof from the other quotes I received. Both Aquapro and First American Home Warranty are cheating their customers.

Jacuzzi of course is the name brand. I can trust them. I also trust Ed Moore. We were told that due Covid supply chain issues the wait about be 10-12 months. We waited a little longer. Everyone was polite & responsive. Robert, head of the delivery crew was helpful. We bought the J-315 which is a smaller unit. That is all of the space we had. The purchase was for relaxing sore muscles & not for parties. It was $9000+ when I ordered & $13,000+ today. The manual explains a lot but doesn't explain everything. That is where ED MOORE comes in. I visited him a few times & was a question box. Everything is functioning properly. The jets hit the areas I want them to hit. I know at motels I have found some hot tubs only focus on the lower & mid back & not the shoulders.

Quality is good and he has to be given a name like "Holy Waters"! He did a three sided infinity edge pool finish and I filled it with a garden hose, and it all started spilling over together. That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily.
