Barry from Blue Bear came out and conducted a very thorough evaluation. He laid out all of our options clearly and showed us pictures and discovered our whole house filter wasn't changed by the previous company for a very long time, even though we have a maintenance plan. When I first used Killian's service he was a one man shop who had just gotten a dedicated line for his business. Two years later he has teams and trucks. So often when a business grows quality suffers. That is NOT the case here, Killian maintains contact with his teams and brings his experience to every job even when he isn't here. His team found the issue and left with my AC working better than it has in a long time. BONUS: His prices were fair. He didn't overcharge, in fact he may have undercharged. I asked if they could use my parts another company removed which were my UV-Lites. I was told possible but would get back to me with a price. Maybe like $300-$400 / not cheap. I never hear back from the Tech. They do charge $75 just to come out and $120 an Hour for any work. Was told these are competitive prices.
