After checking, I noticed that the lower engine splash shield had been left loose, apparently due to a mechanic's mistake during the service. When I returned to the shop, I spoke with Carlos, who seems to be in charge, and I was told that I had to wait in line again like any other customer just to have the screws tightened--even though this issue was clearly caused by their own mistake. Since this was not my fault, I believe they should have given me priority and fixed the problem immediately, instead of making me wait again. On top of that, the vehicle was overfilled with oil, which is very concerning and could potentially cause engine damage. This experience shows a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this location be very careful and double-check their vehicle before leaving the shop.

Then the hood that was supposedly realigned wasn't on the expressway driving I notice the hood moving up and down immediately called was told to bring the car back we did and they basically insinuated that we had done something to the hood that that was not their fault or how they do business well let me tell you apparently it is! I took back the car 2 days ago as the car drivers side door was making a noise when closing the wind sounded like it was coming thru the door window and etc my husband only took the windshield panel off and saw wires were not taped or out together properly they were cut and all over the place we had been having to change the battery and the alternator battery 3 times and alternator 2 times! We were told to bring it in no problem supposedly the door was "replaced with a new door only to wind out when they pulled my file from the accident repair they put a used door they took the panel off immediately they said the speaker just dropped out of the door and it was want even the speaker that belonged to the car. that same day we had to rent a car to leave the car so they could go over it when they took the car the gentleman came back and said that wasn't work Diamond had done that someone else had touched the car after they repaired it! Again insinuating that we had done something to the car door that car had not been touched repaired or etc by anyone and never had another accident since then how are you gonna sit there and basically say I'm not saying your not telling the truth but your lying and someone has touched the car! They told me it would be fixed and no problems.... Now tell me how it takes 2 days you tell Me that you put clips fixed the wiring and etc as soon as we left the lot went to return the rental and close the door and sounds like something fell off broke or etc everytime the door was opened or closed it was making the same noise! Had to run some errands and my husband looks back to get my purse and notices the back panel had been removed and not out on properly now please explain what my back drivers side door has to do with the front door!! Why were and why did u touch my back door when there was no need we got home my husband had to take the a k door panel off to see that the clips were loose it hadn't even been put together properly like wtf and then in too if they have to then take the front door panel to see what it was that was going on.... He takes the door panel off the clips for the windows and locks wasn't even out together properly the screws were loose all they did was get all the wiring that was cut and loose and wrapped blk tape on there they also blamed us saying that the metal in the door was cracked and we had something to do with it but would repair it again my husband had already taken the panel off only to find again wires taped together and a bolt and a piece of metal that had come off from where they said they were going to fix it! I will never recommend Diamond to ANYONE!!! A company that supposedly prides themselves on their work and does half ass jobs then makes me wait to day to take up wires and put a bolt on the metal door made me waste $200 for renting an economy vehicle for 2 days so what was it that was really done with the car. O besides the free "soft wash" they did!! No reason to have kept my car for 2 days when before we even left to enterprise the panel was already off and has started working on it they made me waste $200 for no reason it was something that could have been done right there and then if that's all they were gonna do was out tape around the wires and then "fix the window and door" and that didn't even happen the window doesn't go down anymore its getting jammed just like it was before they actually took the speaker that was in the car and kept it threw it away or I don't know left those wires uncovered like really! It wasn't even worth the trip back to diamond for what more shitty service and being accused of doing damage to a door and bolts that require special tools is bullshit! All parts were ordered brand new and delivered to him the same day I received them. When I picked the truck up it had a horrific whining sound on the rear end which any non mechanically inclined person could tell something isn't right. The owner of "KingJames" told me he installed it all correctly and that it's a wheel bearing noise, he went and took it for drive turning the ac up to max to drown out the noise and not lowering the radio, which I had to do myself to prove to him there's a sound...first red flag. He said only thing I can say is to drive it a couple hundred miles and see if the sound goes away. There wasn't any "no let me put it back on the lift to check it out" or anything of that kind...just took payment and sent me on my way to drive around and wear out his mess of my parts, another red flag. He said he did everything how it should be done and didn't run into any issues lol. Come to find out that he destroyed my whole rear end and can only refund my labor and not the parts I bought brand new because I purchased them...sounds like damage control for what was done to my new parts, last and final red flag. I'll let the pictures do the talking for this hack!! Letting everyone be aware of this con artist to prevent yourself from getting the same fate I did.
