I was able to bring it back the following Monday morning for repair. The process was super straight forward and they made it very easy to work with AAA. The estimate for the repair was about 1.3k, which felt reasonable considering the inspection and labor they did on the car. I got the car back 1.5 days after dropping it off and am super happy with the results. Understanding that it was just a repaint and not a major repair. My bumper had some other damage unrelated to being hit and they fixed everything and the bumper looks fantastic and brand new. Service was eventually completed, but took way longer reasonable. There were many reasons/…read moreexcuses given, but at the end of the day it was the result of sloppy assessment work. Problem was "blind lane assist" short. Advisor shared they would have to remove bumper to assess problem. Difference would either be one day or a few. Mechanic pulled bumper, advised one sensor needed replacement. Est. a few days to get part and complete. Did service and then two more different error codes. 16 days later turned out the wire connecting sensor also needed to be replaced. Told it was major corrosion. I find it of that major corrosion wasn't seen when bumper was first removed...or even when replacing dead sensor. The second area of concern was how light the communication. It felt like only time there was movement on completing service was when I called or texted. This is the second time I used this company, but this experience didn't feel like consistent with past service.
