I never give reviews, but I was blown away by these guys. I needed a new bumper on my Tesla. They worked directly with the insurance company, making it very easy for me. They matched the other estimate I got. They provided a loaner Prius at $25/day which is what the insurance company covered. When I went to pick it up, there was one spot they missed. They were very apologetic, as it was in the estimate. To make up for the delay, they went way out of their way to make me happy. Complete detailing of my car, removed some minor scratches and fixed a couple of small rock dents in the hood. Then they waxed the whole car. I looked like it just came off the showroom. if I could give it 0 stars I would . undffortunately I have to write a bad review which I hate to do . I'm writing this because I took my car to this shop after and accident I explained what needed to be fixed and they said yes . I had the insurance drop it off to them just for them to add more damage to the car and they totaled it after both the insurance and the shop said they could fix it . they left me with a 3,500 balance which the insurance deducted from the car beacause of the added damage. I looked up 5 star body shops around me and Whitmans came up , who doesn't like 5 star places although in this situation it clearly isn't . I do not recommend this place at all . read more

I have been bringing my car bear for the last seven years. Patrick is who I usually get on the phone. He is straight forward, a no nonsense guy and his assessment of whatever issues I have with my car, are never over estimated. The quality of work is stellar. I also had some chips in my paint due to dings and rather than tell me to come in for an expensive pain job, he had me come in and saw that all they needed were some touch ups so as not to rust, I could do myself with a paint applicator I could buy from them. It did the trick and saved me tons! Then recently, rats made a big nest in my engine during the rain, and Tony sent me to A&C Mechanics. They were honest too and gave me a free diagnostic, gave me new connection protection cuffs and did it for free! I sent a quote request via yelp for a small scratch. Or what I thought was a scratch in a crevice of my back gate. They responded right away and suggested I stop by for an accurate quote. Walked in and Patrick was the only one in the office and super busy but he popped up to help. Walked out to the car and he realized I just had a sticker left over on the car (and it looked like a scratch). Doh! He pulled it off, cleaned it and sent me on my way.
