We own a Suburban, and they consistently take the extra step to prewash the tailgate, bumpers, grill, and sides, which many Washington drive‑through car washes do not do. The staff is always friendly and they guide your vehicle in carefully to help prevent any wheel damage. I recommend the Super Premium wash, as it delivers the best results and includes rim cleaning and tire shine. The only drawback is that the wheels are never fully cleaned. There is always some brake dust left behind, and if you enjoy a spotless vehicle like I do, you will need to finish that part yourself. I would wash the entire vehicle on my own, but due to a bad back I rely on car washes, and overall Diamond remains my preferred wash. read more

He contested it but sent it through again. afterward, on the lower front fender behind the front wheels was still not washed on both sides, and he told me: "that's all we can do". Actually the entire lower sides below molding were completely covered as before the wash. Then Mr disrepectful got even more disrespectful. For what you pay, this is one of the best options around this area. I actually drive past two car washes just to come here. Employees have been friendly every time and they always dry my car for me at the end. Every other car wash around you dry it yourself after the blower doesn't dry your car, but not here. I don't know why there are bad reviews? It's competitively priced yet offers more service for the same or less than other washes nearby (I live in Bothell and drive to mill creek for this wash). Sorry, but other options are Aloha and Papa Bears car wash and neither one does a great job or dries your car which is why I go here! Hey, this is a great spot for a clean car. Not only is the cost reasonable, but they have an employee pre-washing your car before it enters the car wash, and another employee hand-drying your car when you exit! In my opinion, it's the hand-drying that sets this place apart from your standard automatic car wash. The only suggestion for improvement is a tip jar on exit. I don't usually tip before a service is performed, so having some place to put a tip once finished would be nice. It was a busy Saturday so I didn't want to hold up the line trying to figure out how to tip ... I'll look harder next time. read more

Not sure why so many negative comments have been posted. I've been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Obviously on nice sunny days they are more busier than non sunny days and might miss a spot, but otherwise they do an excellent job. I take both my BMWs and they always get all the details. $18 bucks gets you the super premium wash which includes the best wash available, rims and tires washed and cleaned and whole car wiped down. All the folks that work at this spot are always friendly and courteous. In my opinion, this is the best car wash in the Snohomish county area. I've been to many, and this spot beats them all. Had a very bad experience with my truck. Bought the Delux Car Wash. Sure we all know fast machine car washes don't do justice in cleaning your car perfectly. It all comes down to service. After going through the car wash the guy in the left did a great job wiping down his side of my vehicle. But the other guyon the right side just barely touch the vehicle. Skip the hood and front side window, went directly to wipe half of the passenger side and raised his thumbs saying ok. I pointed that he missed the front hood. Then he continued to wipe it down. Then he raised and gave me the thumbs up again. I pointed the front windows needs to be wiped down. He then moaned and was upset about not wiping the front window, side window, and whole side of the car including the side mirror. I then stepped outside the truck and see if they missed anything. And luckily the guy in the left did a great job and finished wiping down the side the lazy guy was supposed to wipe down. Or else I would of come around again and get a re-wash. We are paying good money to have our cars cleaned and are busy doing our daily schedule. Just do your job and do it well. As a business owner we focus on customer service. But unfortunately, they have poor customer service and attitude. This unfortunately will be my last time and will not be coming back and have lost a good customer. This review is more for the employee with the dark curly hair working the car wash all by himself at 3pm on the first sunny Wednesday in months . He rang up the service, scrubbed the car and sent me through the wash. Afterwards I was surprised to see him come running over to my car to dry it. He ran back to the beginning of the cycle to get the next car through. There was quite a line of cars waiting to go through but he was calm and multitasking and very polite and personable. I'm sure there was someone else scheduled to work soon but this kid had it handled. He's going to go far in life whatever he chooses to do. Great job guy! Got the premium wash $18.00 with tax. Little more than brown bear but this place actually pre washes by hand before going into the car wash. On the way out it got hand dried and they also hand washed the tires. At brown bear they don't even touch my car and they act like robots when you drive in. The guys drying were nice and appreciated the tip. Car looks good and wheels and tires are extra clean, didn't have to clean them myself afterwards like normal at brown bear. The basic wash was $7.99 and after you exit the wash an attendant uses a towel to quickly dry off your vehicle . There were also vacuums for use, but I didn't notice if they were free. I paid for a super premium wash and also asked for vacuum inside the SUV and I was told that they cleaned around 350 cars that day, that if I wanted my SUV vacuumed I had to wait 2hrs (I was the only one there and also another SUV behind me) because they did not have any rest on those 350 cars. I did not argue or something, I just got the super premium wash and I left the place, which I'm not planning to come back. My wife and I have used this car wash a couple times before. Not sure why I keep going back here because the machines really don't get the sides of our vehicles or the tires very well so we decided to upgrade this time and buy the $16 deluxe package. I think the towels that the guys were using today were dirty or just not dry enough to pick up the water cause there were streak marks all the sides of our vehicle now. Just got back from a weekend camping, hence the trip to the carwash. My back tailgate was dirty and I also wanted to clean out the inside. This is close to my house and have been here before but after this trip, I won't be back. When I got home, I was shocked to see how dirty my tailgate still was! I have to agree with Arun C. I had my car washed when it was dirty (mind you not excessively nor out of the ordinary). Their prices are fairly steep, considering it's just a regular car wash. Sure they spray it down before you enter, and somewhat wipe it down after you exit, however it still left spots and dirt in the wheels, and exterior visible gaps (eg. the door to the body, the trunk to the body, etc.). Like I said, it's ok, however this is NOT a case where you "get what you pay for" (you get a bit less). I don't know what the "hand prep" car means, they moved so quickly, I saw nothing special with their treatment. I live in the area, and this place is always packed on sunny days. My car needed a wash, so I decided to give them a try (no Brown Bear nearby). Priced seemed high for the "Super Premium" wash, but the list of services included was extensive. So I went for the $17.99 option. The "hand prep" consisted of the usual circling around the vehicle with the brush, then on through the tunnel. Right away I could tell it was sub par. Far inadequate of a rinse left suds all around the windows and windshield as I was already going through the dry cycle. The dry was also terrible, though the attendant did do a hand towel dry. He also sprayed the tires with tire spray. Upon further inspection, the rear around the license plate, as well as all along the passenger side had obvious dirty areas which were missed. It's a white car, and painfully obvious, and should have been seen by the attendant as he was doing the tire spray. So, lesson learned. Don't waste your money here. read more

Regardless of the wash you purchase it takes about the same amount of time and there is little detailing or commitment to excellence at this place. I purchased the number one $17.99 which included handwashing the tires and wheels and applying a special shine. The boys took all of one minute to do all four tires and wheels. I have been a satisfied customer for a few years mostly due to the hand pre wash before going into car wash. Today I went and found they have new equipment in the automated car wash section. I guess the owner has so much confidence in his investment, that he did away with the prewash. Bad, bad idea buddy. The car looked like crap afterward. Even after the poor kids tried to wipe all the dirty spots off while drying the car. I got out like I always do to inspect the car. The back end looked like it had been 1/3 cleaned and had dirty spots all over the car. This is the dirt from the recent snow and road sanding. I recently found this car wash and it is my new favorite. I tried it several times before feeling confident enough to buy a discount card, and now I am so glad I did. The young men always are friendly and courteous, regardless of which car I drive...high end SUV or my Jeep SUV...doesn't matter. They are willing to be certain all the dirt is off my vehicle in the hardest places and also all the windows are wiped dry. The last time I was there, the owner actually assisted in drying off my car and shining up my tires. Finally, when I check my car and find a spot or two, the young men are willing and respectful to give it a once more look, with a smile. The parents of these kids must be proud.
