The job was small but Shaun was on time and prepared with all the right tools including a chop saw, table saw, hack saw and drill. His work was precise and at a very good pace. I had to replace custom gate slats that were different sizes that also required precision holes to be drilled so they could be placed back onto the metal frame, in the right spots. Charley was our project manager; he kept the project moving forward and was extremely responsive to texts and calls. They helped us change the cabinet layout a bit and it ends up being more functional while also having much more usable space. The flooring and baseboards turned out terrific, it really changes the look and feel of the space. We had picked out something that was not one of their usual suppliers, but that was no problem. They really work with you to get exactly what you want. All the workers were friendly, skilled and left our house clean at the end of the day. My thanks to everyone that worked on our project. Thank you for your offer to redo the work, but when I expressed concerns after your initial repair, that would have been the time to discuss alternative approaches. At the time you left me with that was just the way it was because of the way light is refracted. I tried to ignore it but it leaps out at you every time you walk by. It is much worse than it was before and 4 times larger. I hired another company to come out and see what they could do. Although their repair still isn't perfect, it is significantly less noticeable. At this point, I don't feel confident that another attempt would achieve the results I would like.

The epoxy that I…read morewas instructed by his staff to purchase for the project bubbled and became dangerously slippery. They admitted that it was applied in too cold of weather. Despite promising to fix it, ACE did a poor job of removing it and ultimately refused to correct the installation. He was found to have one or more violations of his Contractor's license with the Contractor's State License Board on this specific project. His contractor's license is 1124500 and, as of today, is under suspension. I WAS able to recover some of my losses against his Contractor's Bond. Bottom Line - DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR FOR ANY PROJECT!!
