It's a body scrub where you are completely unclothed and a woman with two minutes rubs your body and dead skin flies off. At the end, you were rubbed down in oil. I was worried that this wouldn't be relaxing, or it would even hurt. Let me first say that they put you in a sauna for as long as you can stand, and then a wet sauna. Next you go into the room face up, and the scrubbing starts. Well, it is not as relaxing as a massage, by any means There is much satisfaction in the results. I left with glowy soft skin feeling wonderful! The spa offers an option where you can purchase a membership and the services are cheaper. I will definitely become a frequent flyer! I have never purchased darts, so I am not really sure what qualifies as a grand selection. Rizzo had about four or five sets for $30 or under displayed on the counter. There were also about twelve to fifteen sets total of sharp darts and soft tip darts in a display case. They ranged in price from around $50 to well over $100. I suppose that is a decent selection, but I am no dart connoisseur. What was great about Rizzo is that they allowed Chris to throw each set of darts that he was considering buying. They have an in-house board set up in the corner just for that purpose. It was very helpful for him to feel the weight of each dart set he threw, as he is a dart novice and would not have been able to make an informed decision based on internet specs alone. Dart enthusiasts probably hold a greater appreciation than I am capable of for the selection of dart components that Rizzo carries. They have an entire half wall dedicated to components and various spinners/flyers that you attach to the end of the dart to make it awesome (I am sure there is a much more technical purpose for them). All in all, we had a good experience, and Chris now owns darts that he loves. So, if you need darts, forget the fact that this is technically a pool place, and go get your mini javelin on. Just watch out for the Cheeto bandit behind the counter who finds it completely unnecessary to wipe the cheesy powder from his fingers before man-handling your new dart set.

Back in 2014, (and I realize that seems a bit outdated, because personnel and management and so…read moreforth, can change).... we visited deans and picked out a standalone woodstove. We set up a date for them to come out and install it and they came out on that date and did the install. They did a fine job. Fast forward to 2016 and I'm living in a new home and the decision was made to buy a woodstove from deans. This particular model although similar in some construction respects, doesn't stand in the middle of the room but rather is recessed partly inside the existing fireplace. Therefore because of that type of set up it has a blower on the bottom. The unit works well, although I miss a standalone stove, because the radiant heat is more efficient and aggressive and no blower is needed to assist the heat flow. Anyway, with regard to deans itself, the 2014 install was done on time and done well. The 2016 install was done on time and done well but I'm having a problem now with service. They don't seem to follow up as efficiently as I would've liked and here I am on the morning of the day that they're supposed to be coming out to do a cleaning and I still haven't heard from them confirming that they are in fact coming and approximately what time of day they're going to arrive. That means that I'm pretty much forced to blow off the day. It's a good thing that I'm retired and not losing money for the day that I'm taking, but I don't like the idea of having to blow off my whole day because I haven't heard from somebody. You can go to any one of their locations and see a lot of really neat stoves, and as long as you plan sufficiently far ahead, you'll probably get it done when you're supposed to, but watch out for a little things like those floor plates that are supposed to protect your house... The one that we initially bought in 2014 was warped and had to be replaced before it was ever final installed. Also be aware that later on you may discover that you cannot get service to respond to you as quickly and as efficiently as perhaps they should

We had a stellar experience with this company. They were the first pool company I called when purchasing a new home. But then I thought I should check out and research more pool companies because this was the first pool I had ever had built. After interviewing everyone in the area and two years wasted I went back to the first guy I found and that was David at EZ Aqua. I just had a good feeling about him from the start and I should have trusted my gut because after working with him and having our pool for the fourth Summer I now know without a doubt I'd never use anyone else. David was so knowledgable and he doesn't do the hard sell. What I really appreciate about him is that he listened to what we wanted and was able to advise and educate us on what our best options were. He did not disappoint. In fact he delivered!!! He's honest and fair as well as working within our specific budget and got us the best bang for our buck. We LOVE it!!! David built us a beautiful pool that turned out exactly the way we envisioned. We had zero problems, no unwanted surprises, and nothing but great Summers ever since. He also built our pool ahead of schedule. I honestly can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him and his company. They truly are the best around with NO B.S. The EZ Aqua motto is, 'We make memories!" Boy do they!!! I have to say that is right in line with my experience! They make GREAT memories that will last a lifetime for my husband, myself, and our children!!! I should mention that I have a son with Autism and the pool has been wonderful for him and has helped him get outside and to socialize. I noticed another reviewer who left a negative review before I hired David and I'm so glad I didn't listen to what that person said. After the experience I had it sounds like absolute garbage to me. I can't speak for that person but I can say I had a totally opposite experience from start to finish and even beyond. Four years later and David is still totally accommodating even if we just have a question he's always been there for anything we need! I can only assume that some people are unable to please. I just have a hard to time picturing that he could be talking about the same company. That wasn't me experience at all and it's a shame that a good guy got such a bum rap. His work speaks for itself!!! Four years later -- results don't lie! I also have had hordes of guests and without a doubt every time people comment on our pristine pool that David built for us. My second regret is not leaving this review soon enough!!! He truly earned it. If I move and build another pool hands down without hesitation David will be my first and only call and he should be yours too!!! You can thank me later because this is the guy. When you speak with him you will realize what I'm saying is fact. Pool builders can be unscrupulous so go with a guy you can trust and that's David at EZ Aqua. I'm a musician with a strong social media presence online and am easy to find so feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about my experience and recommendation. I also run a small bNb and the pool David built has been a big draw and much of the reason I have the five star reviews that I continue to receive Summer after beautiful Summer in this gorgeous pool!!! Everybody LOVES David's Pool... and I mean EVERYBODY! Don't wait - Don't hesitate just dive in, the water is warm!!!!!! Sincerely, Jena Kraus

I have called Caribbean clear Agawam Poolman and was surprised to get in so quickly because everybody was saying how they have difficulties setting up appointment open pools . We bought the house in January and our pool wasn't closed. Therefore I knew we're gonna have trouble cleaning out the pool however, I said professionals would help, they came on April 25. Look at the pool check pump filters. Everything was working conditions Jacob one of the crew guy said they seen pools in the worst condition. He did put significant amount of shock other chemicals and left saying that he's gonna be back in a couple days to check it out. Which he did, he had more chemicals said that my chlorinator need to be changed was leaking and I was OK with that. so they charge me $700 but my pool was green. I texted my pool picture to the company and said do you think after $700 your pool should be looking like this(green). Since my balance wasn't paid , Tim who is the owner of the company came in look at my pool ,cleaned my filter say that he's not going to charge me for the visit, but I need to clean my filter much more often. for next 3 days my husband was shocking and cleaning but pool was still green. I went Nanci and bought recommended chemicals Algeciras and Blue to Clear.. We clean our filter every two hours, but my pool still greenish blue with yellow sediment on the bottom and walls. By the way, Tim told me to do that and then he will come and vacuum the pool if this wouldn't work. he also mentioned that they have significant balance that should pay even though my due date was not in the week. came to be due date I went and paid $700. Then I went to the store and then end of the May, his wife told me that they just need to do phosphate treatment, which I paid another $50 for and she will let him know and he will get back to me about finishing cleaning the pool. When first time Jacob came my husband, and I said we wanted to pull Crystal clear with clear wall and the bottom and us that's gonna be after all this done . that evening, Tim's wife sent me a message ,saying that they don't have time to come in and vacuum, and I should contact Rick's pools to help me out to finish their job they got paid for. I feel that I paid them 600$ put chemicals in my pool. I think they have bad business practices. and I call Ricks place who charges 150 in hour to clean pool and 95$ to clean filer that take me 10 min to do. i'm not sure maybe just my experience, but I thought I should share.

The answer is our hot tub, so I am glad to write this review from a position of expertise. On November 3, 2012, we bought a Vista Hot Tub from Scarritt Spas and I thought it would be like an exercise bicycle...get used couple of times the first months and then everyone would gradually lose interest. The opposite has been the truth. I'll bet this tub has been used 150 days a year, every year, since it was installed, at a utility cost of pennies per day. I never thought I would use it...but it is wonderful for achy joints, sore muscles and for just rehabilitating after a hard day's work or a long bike ride. The kids use it almost every night when they are home from college or visiting. There is nothing better than hot-tubbing, with a hat on, during a snow storm. The colder the better. In the summer, the Vista has a low-power setting so the heater does not waste energy, and the kids turn the spa down to a more refreshing 85 degrees. We have had to have it serviced exactly one time, and that was when the heat pump was acting up and Scarritt came out and replaced it for free; two days after we called. In terms of maintenance; I have replaced the filters one time and I had to order a new cover after I inadvertently went all the way through it while pushing snow off. The chemicals are inexpensive; they do not even run $100.00/year. I thought I was going to have to be a chemist to keep the tub balanced but one of the greatest free services Scarritt provides is the ability to bring in a water sample and they print out a sheet of specific instructions of what to add to the tub. I don't have to do that often, it's usually a teaspoon here or a tablespoon there, but it gives me great peace of mind knowing it is well balanced. I can't wait for the grandchildren to be old enough to enjoy it, I am sure it will still be every bit as dependable at that point.
