I've been mattress shopping for months, even tried and returned a few. I found Mattress Star a retail store that had a sample of the Helix Dusk Luxe model that I couldn't find anywhere. In my case I don't love too much memory foam it feels odd to me, Dusk has soft foam that pops back a touch quicker. "Dynamic"... it's a touch bouncier and a more premium feel. Anyway Lucy at Mattress Star is great a helpful and no-nonsense.... It's nice to get better deals (price) from a local store than online or other mega chains. When I showed up at the store, everyone inside was wearing masks and I noticed a plexiglass shield up between the main desk and the customer chairs. Lucy was working and was really helpful! They didn't have my mattress in stock and I needed one ASAP. Instead of trying to up-sell me, Lucy knew that I had a budget and found me a memory foam queen that was even cheaper than what I expected to get! I ultimately did decide to upgrade my mattress by an additional two inches but knowing that my budget was respected made me more comfortable making that decision.
