Walking in for the first time, I was greeted instantly by one of the most friendliest, attentive guys I have ever met (George the owner). He had so much energy and good vibes from the start. He walked us through their standard pricing and processing time which was all very straight forward. What stood out was the following: I needed to use a button up shirt I had brought in for an event the same weekend and since it wouldn't be ready by then I opted to not get it cleaned/wear it as is. Hearing this, George said "Let me take care of it!". He took the shirt to the back and was able to do a quick clean/iron free of charge just so that I could use the shirt for the weekend event. Now that is great service! When it comes to first impressions, this sets the standard! He didn't have to but he used his own time and effort to make it happen. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service.
