Got back to our RV and noticed the front end seemed toed out by about half an inch. Called a couple shops that were getting 5 stars on yelp and they highly recommended custom automotive. Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable! The careful, highly skilled (and very friendly and communicative) staff and technicians at Bill's Glass did a STELLAR job with a new windshield, including removing the remnants of a quite sloppily done replacement, from several years previous. They also noticed how ill-fitting our windshield wipers were (aftermarket from Costco) and replaced those with CORRECT, lower profile blades. They are a delight to do business with. I recommend WAY WAY over "Safelight" or other shops.
