I ordered an expensive wifi connector so that I could adjust temperature remotely. It worked for a little while but when it stopped working they had no way of servicing it or no contact to share to help troubleshoot the problem. The second item was a lift assist device that broke shortly after they installed it. Instead of helping me fix either of the issues, they just added me to their no service list so I needed to find another complany to help me fix my spa.

A $19,000 spa that we got with a premium 5-YEAR extended warranty and we are currently having issues with the #2 Pump at about the 4 1/2 year mark. Customer Service, that has been top notch when we bought the spa, buy supplies for the spa and purchase replacement parts not warrantied, that all came to a screeching halt when the issue becomes theirs. You have to go thru a 3-Step screening process and fill out a PRE-APPROVED Authorization to charge my credit card before I even get to speak to a service representative. None of that was divulged when we bought the spa. After 5 days and countless phone calls to the St Louis Park office, we finally got someone to tell me that "service should call me back before the end of the day" I had plans to purchase a top of the line swim spa for my next house when we sell this one, but I can tell right now, it's not looking very good for Master Pool &Spa!

We are so happy with our decision to make this purchase as it has exceeded our expectations. The chemicals and maintenance is something we had to learn but there is so much good information you can read online from actual Swimspa users that it wasn't that tough to figure out. We are using it daily for exercise, relaxation, entertainment and fun! It is a large purchase and therefore you should plan accordingly. I called my sales person (Bryce) after hours and on a Sunday and he was immediately on it. Monday morning someone was on site and a new heater fitted. While it would have been great for everything to be right first time you get a better idea of what a supplier will be like when things go wrong. After this experience I'd highly recommend and have co confidence I will be well looked after in the future.

No, then they increased the price just to look at the issue the day of. We can never get ahold of them, it's like playing phone tag. We don't all have jobs where we can just sit around waiting for the phone to ring. They're terrible to get ahold of. The service has been horrible. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I tried for years to get it replaced for free because it was defective. NOPE- wouldn't do it. Performance Pool and Spa won't even respond to the letter our attorney sent. DON'T use PPS, they won't stand behind their product!!! See all those very straight lines? Shift them over at the cut/creases and they make long straight lines across the entire pool but according to PPS and Latham that's not considered defective?!?!!
