They came out on Monday and looked at our furnace. We decided to replace our 16 year old gas furnace. Bartlett HVAC provided a method to keep our home warm until they couId do the complete install. On the day the technicians arrived to install the new furnace, they arrived on time. They made sure to put down runners to protect our flooring and always wore shoe coverings going in and out of our home. The install went very smoothly and the work was completed in a very timely manner. The technicians were super respectful and did an outstanding job working in a VERY tight space. They kept us informed throughout the process. They even swept our floor after the install was complete! The pricing was very good and well within industry standard. My entire cooling and heating system was left in an inoperable state…read more I called for a diagnostic of the air conditioner today because cool air isn't coming from the vents. I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!
