Absolutely horrible customer service! If I could leave a 0 I would, do NOT go here if you expect any type of professional behavior. They messed up 15/15 shirts in which I paid $450 for for a huge event! The owner was involved, completely unprofessional, vulgar, and would not make it right just wanted to charge me more when it was his fault and yes, I am speaking about the OWNER here. I have been in customer service/sales for going on 20 years, I understand mistakes happens but then you make it right for the guest. He absolutely did not! I love this Kiosk. Right near Hollister & American Eagle Outfitters in the WESTFIELD Valencia Mall. Sharif is an energetic professional who made my hat in less than 10 minutes. I'm a business professional also, so when someone goes above & beyond to provide me exactly what I ask for I appreciate it. Sharif is able to communicate effectively. Paid for my own shirts. They printed them crooked on my shirts but when they went to show me they didn't hold the shirt out. They folded it so that I wouldn't see it until when I threw the shirt on. For 75 bucks.... it was pretty disappointing. Stick with the online services. Or just make sure you triple check what you've been given. Nice people but do the work right. 2 shirts for 75? Way over priced. I just wanted two adult shirts and one toddler shirt. The guy was gonna charge me almost $150!!!! Why the hell would anyone pay that much for 3 shirts?! From what I remember, he was charging me $29.99 for each designed shirt , $7.99 each for the actual shirts , $4.99 for any extra color and an additional cost for the size of the design. And then they try to get you with the "wax protection" so your shirts last longer. After I told the guy that I would only get one shirt, he kept trying to drop the price and give me "employee discount" (which I'm not an employee). He also asked what my budget was. I told him not to worry about my budget, he was charging way too much for some black and white shirts. He finally just said "Ok I'll give you all 3 for $100 and I'll add the wax protection for free". NO THANK YOU. So I ended up buying just one shirt for myself (which I regret). I paid about $47. Once the shirt was ready, he tried to sell me the toddler shirt for $20. I just took my shirt and walked away. DO NOT SHOP HERE. There are better and more affordable places in SCV to get custom shirts. Small shops on Etsy even have better prices! read more

Sherif, the owner is such a nice, patient, and an understanding person. My experience was a great one. I have a gaming laptop that I have accidentally dropped. I went to his shop in the Valencia mall to figure out a solution to cover the dent. We put a vinyl sticker and put some custom font to give it some character. Long story short, I have OCD and I was being super picky and kept doing it over and over but Sherif was very patient and kept saying things like "It's okay I want you to leave satisfied and happy" Today I've spent a good 2 hours while he was helping me with my fix and he was just an all around great guy. I was quoted a price of $20 for the printing on a sweatshirt and when I went back 2 days later to have the work done the owner wanted $35 to do it. I told him I was quoted $20 and he said too bad its $35. I left and will take my business elsewhere. read more

All I have to say about this place is the customer service sucks .. really rude , paid $65 for a sweater and the picture is crooked. arguing with the sales person's trying to show them what they did wrong and they still will not except it . Avoid this place at any cost, they took advantage the fact my wife could not speak English and try to communicate via google translator, they made her pay 50 bucks for a T-shirt upfront told her it was going to take one hour to get it ready , my wife went walking around the mall for an hour with my 8 month old when she came back after 1 hr to get it , it wasn't ready he did in-front of her in 1 minute it came out all crooked and funky , when she try to communicate that she did not want that poor job he ignore her so she called me I tried talking to this disgusting human been on the phone his first words all his mouth to me was "do you speak English" I told him that his job was poor and we did not want like that , he had the nerves to tell me he did not have time for me threw the phone at my wife and walk away, this is beyond unacceptable I don't understand how this place is in business!!!! read more
