Although, when you stop and really look at the meals they offer, it's clear that they are nutritionally-sound meals probably in the 350-500 calorie range which is a range that's good for me. The food is always delicious and I feel great feeding my family these easy to prepare meals! They have fewer prep steps and way less waste than other meal delivery companies we had tried in the past. I love that the drivers pick up the delivery bags to reuse. They will adapt most meals to your food preferences and make it clear if one has an ingredient that cant be removed (I hate mushrooms and its always quick and easy to see if they can send an option without them- never once has a meal come with them included!)
