    Carrot cake !chefs kiss!

Customer Service was amazing! Our waiter and chef had the best suggestions! Food was delicious and perfectly prepared! Going try and go back whenever we can! You must try the carrot cake! We were already so pleased with the food but carrot cake is a favorite of ours so we got it - hands down one of the best we've

Fruit Bowl, Greek Yogurt, and tea

I came here for a work meeting and was expecting to just chat with my colleagues and leave. Then I saw the menu and figured I'd give the fruit bowl a shot. I ordered tea, and the whole presentation and experience was just nice. Now I'm curious about going back again for some bourbon and steak to see if the place lives up to its name!

Was able to get same day reservation for 5pm. The restaurant is inside the hotel which was very nice. Great ambiance. Excellent customer service very attentive. The side portions were very large and everything tasted great. The bread appetizers were so good and flavorful. We order the steak flight, ribeye, chicken, mac & cheese, brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Very tasty food came out quickly. The noise level was great and the restaurant was beautiful. Great for dates, work dinners and celebrations. The drinks were very good as well.

    Steak flight

Much better than I'd expect. First steak in a while I was pleased with at its price point. Got the steak flight. The wagyu filet was incredible. Wedge salad was good too Cocktails here are a waste, just go for a regular beer or wine. Nothing special and overpriced. But reiterating that the food was great! Service was average. Ambiance was great.

While visiting Fort Worth, TX earlier this month I had a chance to dine at our hotel's fine dining restaurant, Cut and Bourbon. It has an upscale but chill vibe. Servers were making rounds non-stop solely to refill water glasses at every table. We were seated immediately and quickly noticed the variation of prices on the menu. Oh, so this is a top-tier restaurant with the prices to match. Got it. Fortunately there were a couple of affordable options. Lauren was our waitress. She asked each of us for our first names and proceeded to call us by our first names the entire time. Very nice touch. We tried the jalapeño bread appetizer first. Good thing we did, because it was huge and filling, and we had no idea the wait was about to be on the verge of "completely ridiculous." Lauren continuously checked in and apologized for the wait, and the water-fillers stopped by a dozen times. Our additional appetizers arrived, and they were small as expected but delicious. Finally, our food made its way to our table. We loved, not liked, but loved ALL of the food. The mashed potatoes were easily the best I have ever tasted anywhere, ever. Between that and the steak flight, I almost forgot about the crazy-long wait. Almost, but not quite. Between the server being one of the best in the nation (not an exaggeration) and the food being amazing, I left a happy camper.

Kids French toast with added chocolate chips

This was our first time in Arlington and Live! The ambiance and decor was phenomenal - modern and refreshing. Hubs made his own omelette which he gobbled up. They use cage free eggs. My son and I each had the French toast on brioche bread, or should I say Bree-Ohhh Sh*t that's YUGE bread lol The raspberry sauce made for an amazing topping especially with the chantilly cream. He added chocolate chips instead of fruit for $2 upcharge. It was worth it. Service was impeccable as well. They took good care of us here. Cannot wait to come back again on our next trip to Arlington.

Big thank you to our server, Kelvin. First time here and in town to watch the Cowboys game. The inside was very nice and clean. We were not that hungry and decided to share our orders. We had mentioned that to Kelvin. We ordered a create your own omelet, bacon and potato's, with brioche french toast. When our order arrived it was delivered in half's. Kelvin instructed the cook to serve it to us in half's. That was very kind of him. The french toast just melted in your mouth. The sweet cream on top was delicious. The omelette, bacon and potato's were tasty. During our breakfast Kelvin was telling us how busy the weekend would be with the big game tomorrow. He informed us of a brunch tomorrow and what was being offered during the buffet. We made a reservation and are looking forward to it.

Upon entry, the splendor begins! The ambiance is to notch and exceed my expectations for a restaurant inside a hotel. Service was excellent and accommodating and the menu is nirvana for a carnivore. One of the many appetizers that dazzled me were the scallops. I didn't want to share these perfectly cooked giant nuggets of seafood deliciousness w/a hint of fennel. The bread w/olives & figs was perfectly balanced w/sweet & salty; the steak fries were perfectly cooked w/just the right amount of crispiness; the mushrooms were perfectly sautéed in a savory lite sauce; charred Brussel's sprouts were good but a bit too charred for me-everyone else loved them; my ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium and came w/chimichuri sauce (wee bit too thin & oily), and wilted (instead of creamed) spinach. I'd order the same thing again. A perfect meal in an awesome setting! Great place to impress your companion.

Came here for dinner w a few work colleagues A posh decor and setup , and the service was excellent - definitely 5/5 As for the food - not so much : 1) we shared a few appetisers- crab cakes , bread, broccolini..nothing really was more than mediocre and boring 3/5 2) I ordered the ceaser salad which was just meh. I'm not a big fan of places who just throw at you the entire lettuce leaf and call it ceaser . 2/5 3) I then ordered the fillet - the meat was excellent and juicy BUT they have ha bit of drowning all their meet in enormous portions of salt . This was way too much. What a waste of such a great meat .. the fact this was a 60$ dish contributed to my disappointment 2.5/5 Also ordered a great cocktail (something w grapefruit ) that our (excellent) server recommended . 4/5 All together a disappointment - I had much higher expectations

    Some liquid appetizers

Very large, pretty cool bar just outside of the Cut & Bourbon restaurant in the Live! By Loews. Great for those liquid appetizers!! The bartenders are nice and can keep up with the crowd. They have food too if you end up just wanting to eat here.

This restaurant is located inside of the Loew's hotel. You're able to either valet, which is validated for 2 hours, or park in the Texas Live parking lot and walk over. The host was friendly when we checked in, and we were able to be seated when the majority of our party arrived. Our waiter came to our table right away, served us water, and took our orders. The inside of this restaurant is dimly lit, with most tables having a view of the kitchen, with a swanky and upscale ambiance. We placed orders for both entrees and appetizers. Our food took soooo long to come out, I started to get hangry. We had to flag down a random employee to talk to a manager, who informed us that they were a little backed up for the evening. The manager didn't really offer us anything, but if we asked if we could get some bread to hold us over until our food came out, he did provide that on the house. I would have loved if the manager had offered us an item without being prompted. With that being said, each and every person in our party enjoyed their food, even if it is a bit overpriced. I highly recommend the lamb chops. It was cooked and seasoned very well. Overall, I would likely come back here to check out their steak - if it's cooked even half as well as the lamb, I know it will be well worth it.

This hotel lobby bar and service area was wonderfully arranged, with a great view of the ballpark in the distance. The food was of the highest quality, and I would definitely recommend not skipping dessert. The carrot cake was the largest cake from a restaurant I have ever received, and the candied pecans elevated the dish. The drinks were all well made. While the meat and cheese had some good additions the lack of variety of cheese was disappointing. Would recommend checking out this hotel bar and the restaurant attached Cut and Bourbon.

Our server was fantastic! Recommend the Antelope and was amazing paired with the resting face cocktail! So good!! The atmosphere was casual and fun! My daughter has the salmon with couscous and brocollini and with a family side of mashed potatoes. My wife has hmthe filet mignon and was cooked perfectly as well. Everything we had was seasoned perfectly and the combination of flavors is extremely well done! Dessert was good and the best was the cheesecake by far!

Because it was packed when we arrived, the space was fairly loud. Cheyenne was our server and she did great. She knew the menu well and made some suggestions. We had already read the Yelp reviews and sort of knew what we wanted. Two of us shared: - Margarita rocks - Pan con Tomate - Crispy Pork - Jerk Chicken Paella The Pan con Tomate was amazing. Really cool presentation too. The Crispy Pork was real nice. A bit dry due to making it crispy. Really meaty too. The Jerk Chicken Paella was great. Cheyenne told us the jerk seasoning wasn't very spicy. She was right. I would have liked it spicier though but understand the decision to appeal to a broader section of diners. The socarrat was amazing. They make the paella in a small (8"?) cast iron skillet. It made for a perfect caramelization of the rice (socarrat). The dish had jerk seasoned chicken thighs and vegetables. Yum! I would have loved to have the Coconut Cake. But we were full and it was $22. We'll come back to Cafe Americana and try other dishes and the cake!

It's really just great food, nothing fancy but delicious. I had the lobster roll, I came with coleslaw & fries. I'm not a coleslaw person but it was pretty good.
