When I'm craving fried rice, Soy Cowboy is at the top of my list! The Asian fusion style gives their fried rice a taste like no other. The seasonal cocktails are a delight and the snow crab taco is small but mighty in flavor.

Fantastic! There were so many great options. The corn was my favorite and reminded me of elote but Thai inspired. The ribs were tasty and the rolls were unique.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Lovely restaurant inside the Loews Hotel. It gives hip early 2000s Miami, Las Vegas vibes but with a more relaxed and welcoming feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was fine dining caliber and the food presentation was beautiful. My favorite dish was the lobster dumplings with the sweet and salty combo. Next would be the fried rice with snow crab, perfect combo. The crispy rice was disappointing, rice was a brick and portion small. The Korean ribs were good, but don't expect a traditional preparation or taste. I thought some of the adornments on the dishes looked nice but didn't help the dish, like the crunchy balls on the hamachi or chopped peanuts on the ribs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is a great option for pretty much everyone - families, dates, friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The layout and size of their space allows for romantic corners, large tables and separation to keep everyone happy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Wow! Dined here as a group of 30 for a corporate dinner and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance: Perched on the corner across from the stadium, this beautiful restaurant captivates you as soon as you enter. The decor is lush and rich. Overstuffed sofas, beautiful tables, velvet curtains. A stunning space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were seated in the back of the restaurant, which had its own bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service: We had one dedicated server and two assistant servers. As a large group with varying dietary restrictions, we were a handful. The servers were phenomenal. Everything was delivered promptly and any issues were resolved immediately. The goods: Whew! Where do I start? We ordered everything . Sushi, sashimi, dumplings, noodles, rice, chicken, beef, lobster. Everything was delicious. The lobster was a last minute addition and I shared it with my colleague. Literally the best lobster I have ever eaten. I cannot wait to visit again, whenever I'm in the area again, I will make sure to stop by.

I have had this restaurant on my list for a while. Since I was celebrating my birthday weekend in Arlington this was a perfect time to visit. Reservations are suggested and you will park at the hotel next door. The valet will be free after the restaurant validates your parking ticket. This makes life easy and it was fast and quick valet service. The restaurant is inspired by several Asian cultures. Service 5 STARS My waiter was truly AMAZING. He was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. He explained dishes to me and told me what was popular. Ambiance 5 STARS The restaurant is super plush and nice. The patio and lounge area is very cute and vibrant. It's a happy and fun space. I love the decor and colors. It's bright and the furniture looks great. The main dining area is sophisticated and classy. It's beautifully decorated and the color scheme is sassy and rich. It's stylish and sleek and a great space for dining. The restrooms are SEXY! The black mixed with red feels fancy. The rocks in the sink are cool. The walls. mirrors and lighting add to the modern chic feel. Cocktails 5 STARS My spicy watermelon martini was delicious. It had jalapeño in it. It gave the drink a nice flavor and kick. Just the right amount of heat. For food I decided to try three appetizers. I have mixed emotions and feelings about the food. Honestly I was slightly disappointed. Food Overall 3 STARS The crab taco was so little, but cute. I felt it was lacking in flavor . Next up was the lobster wonton dish. This was so damn scrumptious. This was my favorite out of the three I tried. The broth was so flavorful and the mushrooms had my mouth screaming for JOY. I would give this dish 5 Stars alone and highly recommend this one. Last was the ribs and they were good, but not great. They were lacking in flavor. I think they needed a little more sauce. The ribs definitely have potential. Bonus since it was my birthday they brought me a dessert with a candle. This made my day special and I truly appreciated this. Overall I think it's worth a visit. I would definitely come back for cocktails and the lobster wontons . The service was impressive and impeccable too.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool atmosphere![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Attended a private event at Soy Cowboy & thought it was a very cool upscale environment for our function. Lots of different spaces available and the decor was very intriguing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was good! We had a prix fix menu for our event so we were limited to the choices that were made but it was all very good and interesting! The staff was very attentive and did a great job! Would highly recommend Soy Cowboy if you're looking for a unique vibe that's fun!

First Impression / Vibe: This Place was SUPER CUTE! What I Ordered / Tried: I had Tempura Veggies, Lobster Wonton and veggie fried rice with Shrimp. Favorite Item & Why: Was the Lobster Wonton!!! They were in this Fresh sweet broth that was hard to not acknowledge. The Rice was good also but I didn't like how they chopped the shrimp! For the price, they should have been Whole shrimp Atmosphere very vibey and full of photo oops for creators Service was nice at check in. Didn't particularly care for the server. She never came back to refill our water or to see if we needed anything else. Tip: the restaurant isn't located inside of hotel. It's actually on the outside once you pass valet and hotel entrance. Food items are pricey but worth it! Restaurant doesn't open until 4pm Would I Return

We ate here twice recently and enjoyed the food and service. Gabby, our server on both evenings was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The decor and atmosphere are nice. We tried numerous dishes, for us the stand outs were the wagyu skewers, the lobster wontons (the broth was fantastic), the fried rice, the orange chicken and the miso cod. I especially enjoyed the Persephone cocktail.

I've been meaning to get up here for a while. Kinda bummed with myself that I haven't done it sooner. We had an awesome experience. Big thanks to Gabby our excellent server for guiding us through an awesome taste of the incredible food this place has to offer. This is one of the few places that Arlington has to offer with an excellent fine dining experience that transports you to big city vibes. The ambiance is top notch. Let's talk about the food. I am a big foodie and as I mentioned I'm so disappointed in myself for not coming here already. Yes it's a little pricey, but the food is worth it. The fusion of Asian cuisines is unique and memorable in every way. One of those places where you just can't order something wrong. All of it is so good. Go wild get everything, ask Gabby to tell you what to get if you can't decide. You will be so happy. Thanks guys!

Awful. Service was not good. I think I arrived at shift changeover and was never told I'd have a new server - I was left waiting for long periods and didn't know who to ask when I needed something. Ordered shishito peppers to start, filet as the main. This was priced like a high end steak house but the steak was flavorless and served room temp. Also note if you order the filet it's already cut - like at a hibachi restaurant. Leaving 2 stars because the 3 servers were all nice and the shishito peppers were good.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The food was great, it's picturesque in here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The stir fry was delicious, the cucumber salad is also a win.

We walked into a space centered around sitting at the bar and watching the chefs prepare each hand roll in front of us, which gave the meal a more personal feel compared to a traditional sushi restaurant. The setup is smaller and more intimate, making the experience feel closer to a sushi bar rather than a casual meal spot. The biggest highlight is the quality of the fish and the hand rolls themselves. The seafood tastes fresh, clean, and carefully prepared, with options like salmon belly, otoro, kanpachi, and crab hand rolls standing out. We ordered a few different rolls and found each one well executed, with the fish having a clean, bright flavor that did not rely on heavy sauces or toppings. Each roll is made individually, so the nori stays crisp and the textures come through better than pre-made sushi. The menu has a good balance of classic choices and more creative combinations, making it easy to try different flavors throughout the meal. The chef interaction adds another layer to the visit. Since everything is prepared right in front of you, we could see the attention put into each piece, from assembling the ingredients to serving it at the right moment. The chefs were precise in their movements and took the time to explain the different fish and flavor profiles, which made the meal feel more like an experience rather than just ordering sushi off a menu. One thing to plan for is the wait. Hatsuyuki does not take reservations, and the popularity means there can be a significant line during busy hours. We arrived earlier and found it helped us avoid a longer wait. Seating is limited, but that also helps maintain the quality and atmosphere of the restaurant. The intimate size of the bar means the service stays focused and the pacing remains personal, even when the restaurant is full. Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar is one of the stronger sushi experiences in the area for anyone who enjoys fresh seafood and a more curated dining style. The wait can be a downside, but the quality of the fish, chef preparation, and overall atmosphere make it worth visiting, especially if you are looking for something beyond standard sushi rolls. The focus on craftsmanship and the personal interaction with the chefs elevate the meal into something more memorable than a typical sushi stop.

This was our second time, and it was completely packed within 10 minutes of opening for lunch. The waiter mentioned that they also have an omakase which I plan to do next time, but unfortunately we didn't have the time. First time I came I only ordered the hand roll combos which were ok, but the nigiri and the sashimi is where this places really shines!! We loved every piece of sashimi and nigiri we ordered. Unfortunately this place is pretty expensive, so even after a pricey meal, we still left hungry! Be prepared to spend if you eat lot but it will be worth it because it is so delicious!
