My final session was so painful I could barely move, and when I spoke up, the owner told me I was "being dramatic." That's not just unprofessional--it's dangerous and negligent. And instead of owning their mess, they went on Google and lied in their response--twisting my words, fabricating timelines, and completely dodging responsibility. They listened to exactly what we wanted and made some suggestions based on head shape and hair type that we decided to follow. The suggestions were great as people have noticed! The prices are super reasonable too. You don't have to make appointments but you might want to call ahead mid week near closing time as it seems they close a bit early if things are too slow. Parking can be tricky too, make sure you look for permit signs. The lot in front of El Tarrasco is a good bet.
