I have been using Comcast Xfinity Internet since 2005 but grew tired of the messages that popped up on my browser window and being double charged for going over the data cap they imposed. I was not able to get any fiber at my location so decided to try StarLink by SpaceX. My StarLink came with a standard ground stand rather than any kind of mount. I looked at the available mounts StarLink offered and was not sure what to order or where to mount it. I called two highly rated places that specialize in StarLink and Satellite Dish Installation in hopes of being able to mount this thing professionally. I wanted it to look good and needed someone who might have more mounting options. Bert Berthelot who is the owner of Cable Busters! called me back in short order. the other place I called twice and never got a return call, so that made things simple. Bert set up a time that worked well for both of us and he came out and mounted my StarLink professionally, ran the wire through my wall to my Modem / Wireless Router and set the whole thing up for me. I could not be happier with the install. Later I cancelled my Comcast Xfinity Internet Provider and lived happily ever after.

Customer service was great when I installed a few years ago and even now when I called in with questions regarding my bill. They sent Hellen Keller to my neighborhood, broke 10 water lines, including a main in a 6 hour work day; and broke my shower heads, faucets, and hot water heater with how much dirt and rock they sent into my line. Now I've been waiting for someone to call me back for over 48 hours now, and they closed my previous ticket because they allegedly called me back when they were off the clock and closed and they said someone told them it was fixed. A female male employee was assigned to assist me purchase new Internet service. As I am a senior citizen with no technological knowledge, poor hearing, and nearly legally blind, I had questioned her repeatedly on every feature, price, term, and requirements on new service to purchase the suitable product for my situation, but she was unimaginably unprofessional, disrespectful, impatient, rude, and abusive. She ridiculed, embarrassed, made me feel stupid, ignorant, insecure, and worthless. When I asked for other staff to assist me, she shouted at me to sit down and take the equipment which I was trying to purchase. When I told her that I made an appointment at 1pm, she yelled at me "Do you want to finish (the purchase) or not?!" As I was very intimidated by her behavior, I responded "Yes" and asked her what I need to do. She ordered me to just sign the purchase agreement. The entire time, the store manager was defending her unacceptable behavior and made me feel that I was wrong to expect better customer service.
