I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.

No dead zones, no buffering, no random drops just fast, consistent speeds even with multiple devices streaming, gaming, and working at the same time. If you're running a smart home or working remotely, this level of performance makes a real difference. What really stands out is the value. For the speed and reliability they offer, the pricing is extremely competitive compared to other providers in the area. You're getting premium fiber performance without the inflated cost.     I've had a horrible last 3 years with lies and a contract I never signed but this store just sent…read moreme over the edge. I went to get a prepaid number. The girl was nice, but when I asked for my id she said she didn't have it and then I asked the manager if there is a way to look at cameras. Not even me but just to locate the id that was take and the can just look to see what happened themselves. From me or possibly dropped or misplaced by staff... I was not rude or short yet I was told go get an atty and a subpoena. It's faster and cheaper to wait in line half the day and pay $11 than to deal with Verizon anymore. This does not include the horrors or the fact that I could not use my number and had to get a different number from a different carrier. When I went back for a refund they said the didn't do that though I had bought it hours ago and went back to the store 3 times to try and fix the problem.

    Verizon has horrible customer service. Unfortunately, I have not found a company that does not use…read morescripts, talking hours of your time, rather than addressing the problem you are calling about. The pay for call centers overseas, and set incentives, apparently, to keep customers on the phone line for extremely long periods of time, as they cycle through script after script after script without addressing the problem, because they can't really solve it. Then they put you on with a supervisor who tries to sell you on something like sharing all your contacts because you don't want to receive hundreds of spam calls a day. Phone companies are going the way of cable TV, and have for some time, which seems to be, "screw the customer we don't care about them, all we care about is making the most possible money and taking every bit of time and money we can." Privacy and professional propriety and information security don't matter at all to them. A customer's time is their's to waste, in their point of view.

    This is not a good service. I paid $300 dollars to get this service connected in April via bank…read moretransfer. JT wanted the money straight away so he met us to get cash from us and assured me that once the electronic transfer was completed he would refund the additional money. A few weeks later he said he was having difficulty with getting their accounts team to refund the additional $300 I paid him. I said he could apply it to our account for 6 months so I did not have to worry about paying them each month for the next 6 months. In the meantime the service which is run through a Roku box kept going down. We only had continuous service for a few weeks out of the 3 months that we had been connected. Almost 3 weeks ago the service went down completely. JT does not answer the phone and cannot still give us a specific date as to when the service will be restored, only to say that they have developers working on the app and they were hacked. I asked him to refund the advance money that I paid him or at least a prorated portion so I could go and get a different service. He said he has to ask him management. That was last week. I have sent him several text messages and called several times and have not received any response. This service is most likely a SCAM. DO NOT USE.
