She actually gets excited to go get washed now, its pretty funny) It's so hard nowadays to find people who offer genuine customer service, but Kimbur exceeded my expectations by far. They also carry top brand natural dog food that's hard to find and their prices are fair compared to other pet specific shops that offer similar products. In fact, I think they're slightly cheaper than were I went before. Regardless, the atmosphere, ownership and staff make the place if you ask me. Cassi replied with "we are booked 4+ weeks in advance, best wishes". She did not ask me when I wanted the service done. I could have gone elsewhere in the first few weeks and booked in two months. But apparently she has enough business that she doesn't need to generate any more with inquiries.

Since that time we groomed her ourselves and honestly, we did an awful job. Well Groom Pets was recommended to us buy a neighbor but we had little faith in it working out. I dropped her off and waited for the call telling us that she isn't cooperating and to please come pick her up. 2 hr 15 min later I get a call that she was all done. Walked in the door and she looked stunning. The groomer was so sweet and said that she did amazing. Not only did she look great, the detail and specific request about paws, legs and visor were done EXACTLY the way I requested. Seriously, this place blew me away.

The store changed owners in January 2026 and had a grand opening with free nail trims and baths. You will need to show rabies vaccination records before using the nail trim service for your dog. The staff are young and will help if you press them to assist you, but they won't go out of their way to welcome you and offer to help you. I appreciate the convenient location of this store and the products they have in stock. It is the main reason I visit them to buy things like poop bags, squeaky balls, and high quality pet food. It is nice that bathing and nail trims are also available; although I have never used those services here. The staff just seem a little too inexperienced to entrust them with my pet's care.

She came home and the next day had kennel cough even though she has been vaccinated. I brought my dog here for many years. The haircuts were mid at best, I'd usually have to fix a few…read morespots when we'd get home but nothing crazy. My dog however would always have the worst anxiety when we would get to the door. Once he even chewed through his leash as we were waiting to be checked in. I just figured it was because he was an anxious guy. I've taken him to a different place the last two times he's needed a haircut. I am paying a tad more but the way he was calm and seemed almost happy to be there tell ls me there was something going on at Bias. The new groomer said "he clearly doesn't like the blow dryer, so we don't use it on him" I'm told Bias has other methods but I can't verify so I won't mention them. I'm not sure what's happening over there but the way my dog acts at the new place, tells me it isn't good at the old place.
