In fact I bought five of them! One dollar each! Unfortunately the other review (hi sock puppet Alex!) is a little out of date because they no longer serve kebabs here. However, they filled in the wall and sold the kebab business to another Turkish family, it's now named As Evi and is separate, and the Halal people kindly pointed me to go over there and get my food. Which I thought was really lovely of them. After dinner, I went back to the Halal Market and picked up my five different Turkish sodas. In fact I'm going to go and grab one right now because I'm pretty thirsty. One of the best ethnic grocery stores in town, cheap prices, friendly people, great products, and people having sex in the back room. And they don't mind if you walk in on them. They just turn around and say "Halal!" and then they go right back to doing the wild thing - Istanbul style. If you come here on a boat, by the way, make sure you put down the Ankara in Lake Ontario.

When they have a sale it's usually worth a trip. Some things we got from here were usually pretty good. They also carry all kinds of spices and rubs including stuff from Stuart's Spices as they make a rub for them specifically. They also have some produce and lots of frozen offerings.
