I dropped boomer off this morning for a haircut and nail trim and really thought I saw her drag him when attempting to get him in the cage. I just woke up and she was far away so it was hard to tell so I thought maybe I'm wrong.. Then when picking him up,not only was the lady super snarky but I heard and saw a small pup cry when she was roughly putting the collar on. Finally, I get home to see Boomer won't open his eye, it's swollen and completely blood shot! I called them back to ask if soap or anything got in his eye she was rude again and went straight into defensive denial mode. Oh & they charged me $84 for a haircut and nail trim. This is sad. My dog has her eyes shut. Her eyes are swollen and irritated. This makes me so angry how these people are still in business. What they did my my poor dog was not okay. How are these people still in business?? This obviously isn't the first time this has happened from the other reviews I've seen. My dogs eyes are red, I don't know what they put on my dog but they should know that putting stuff in dogs eyes isn't cool at all. they have given us horrible service and haven't been following instructions that was given these few cuts, we will be taking our business somewhere else. If this has happened to your dog as well, I recommend washing their eyes out with kind of warm water. read more

Although my first visit was less than perfect, we decided to give Cute Cuts a second chance. My cats were returned without being bathed, and only partially groomed. I had to drive them to the vets, and have them bathed, and shaved. I was told my 10 lb, 13 year old cat tried to bite the groomer, twice. The second attempt their policy is stop everything and return the animal " to the owner " As Is". The reason for not finishing the 12 year old Ragdoll, was just as silly. I could not get into my regular groomer so i was conned into going to Cute Cuts Pet Grooming because they were offering 25% off to new clients... I picked out a $40 grooming job. I was charged $49.75 and that included the 25%??? I felt misled & definitely taking advantage of financially. And the icing on the cake is my puppy is sooo clinging as if she was abused today. This groomer is the best I have had! I have used Petco, Petsmart and Pet Supermarket, all of which charged more than our recent visit to Cute Pets Grooming last week. I admit I have taken her there only one other time but it was only because of my attempt to do it myself! Well, needless to say, my little long haired chihuahua Zoey looked horrible. I wanted one last good cut before our move out of state. Well, she looks amazing!! Even family members were surprised at how good she looked. They even believed that her personality changed as well. Silly but who knows. Anyway I have already given the information to a couple of people that asked but you need to give them a try. They offer so many specials, discounts, etc that I know there will be something that works with your current situation. One last nice thing to mention about this groomer is that they are small. They did a great grooming on my Yorkie Henri. He was overdue and needed the works. It was $52 which is more than I am used to however the results were great. They took him the day I called and called promptly when he was done so he didn't have to stay for a long time. He came home showing no signs of his usual anxiety he gets going elsewhere. read more

Tina was very rude over the phone because of a miscommunication on my pet's appointment time. I wanted to bring her in, but because of the disrespect I received over the phone I did not trust to bring my pet in. There is no reason to disrespect any customer over something so simple. I was never rude until I was continually being disrespected. The conversation was never finished since Tina hung up on me after I told her I no longer wanted to bring her in.... We've never had so many problems with getting our dog groomed before. They misscheduled the appointment then proceeded to put the blame on us and began to take a huge attitude claiming that we were in the wrong. Wasn't a huge deal to us, maybe a miscommunication but the tone they took was pompous and disrespectful. Our Biggest problem we're the additional charges they added after review of our receipt. Over $20 in petty and outright false claims about our dog being matted. Our dog is groomed nightly and had no matts before the appointment. I wish we had taken pictures. Taken my chichon here twice so far for the full service bath and cut. I called several shops and the pricing here is very reasonable. New customers also get 25% off the first appointment. I usually make an appointment and he is finished within an hour. My dog is hard to work with but Tina and her staff know what they are doing. She even gave me some tips for my own grooming at home. Customer service is great and my dog always comes out looking GREAT. I only trust Cute Cuts with my boy. read more

Took my dog here a few times and they do a very good job on her. Prices used to be reasonable especially since my dog has short hair and doesn't require a haircut. Last time I called and made an appointment once I arrived I was informed the price went up from $20-$25 too $36!!! I would not be bothered by that if my dog required a hair cut, plus one of the reasons I went there was the reasonable price!!! I took my pug, Booger, to Cute Cuts for about 2 years before we had to have her put down earlier this year. They had been recommended by an old neighbor who used to take their dogs there before moving. I had taken Booger to PetSmart one time and witnessed groomers getting angry and abusive with a couple of dogs that were nervous and not cooperating, and vowed never to take my dog there again. We never had any issues with Cute Cuts: appointments and communication were easy, instructions clear, grooming was well done and the cost was very reasonable. We went there every other Friday, so probably had close to 100 visits, without a problem. Booger, who had usually been very anxious about nail trims or even touching her paws, looked forward to her visits to Cute Cuts and would happily go running for the back when we'd arrive. During the last few months of Booger's life, Tina was very astute to notice and communicate new symptoms (Booger had developed pug paralysis) and adapted her grooming to accommodate her evolving physical limitations, and often had good recommendations about vitamins and exercises to alleviate Booger's pain. Toward the end of her life, when Tina knew I had made the decision to end Booger's suffering, Tina was sympathetic and heartbroken. When I made the last appointment so Booger could cross that rainbow bridge looking like a beauty queen, Tina didn't charge me and we shed a few tears together. I know this team really cares about animals and I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I ever get another pet, this is where I will get the grooming done. read more

I brought my long hair doxie for grooming. She has been struggling the past few months with medical issues. This place was top notch. First, she was extremely nervous as anytime she goes in the car, it's to get poked. They were so loving and patient. Due to her unhealthy hair, they suggested cutting it short and a treatment. They completely ruined the bath & trim on my Siberian Husky, shaving her tail, when they were specifically told not to. I was not able to see my dog until I paid first (red flag). Then Bam! All I get is a " Sorry, we just had to shave it because it was too nappy" (not even a call to warn me). The 25 percent discount is a bait -n-switch. They quote you a price over the phone, then when you arrive, you get mandatory add on's to your bill. Deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

This is by far the worst groomer I have ever had. Tina and her staff are unorganized. If I could give no stars I would. I filed a formal complaint with Tina. The owner of cute cuts. As requested, we brought our animals in at 8:00 am that morning. Three dogs. When my son called to check on them, he was told they would be ready by 1:00 pm. When I called to check on them at 12:30 pm, I spoke with an employee named Stephanie who advised that it would now be 3:30 pm until they were ready. I asked her why it would take so long and she said that Jack did not have his haircut. Seeing as though this is CLEARLY cruel to keep my animals for almost 7 1/2 hours I told her to NOT cut Jacks hair and that my son would be there to pick them up. To my surprise, my son said that my wishes were ignored and Jack's hair was cut. Besides the fact that this is unacceptable to keep animals for all that time (and who knows if they received water or bathroom breaks) but I clearly stated that he was not to be cut. I am very disappointed at the response that tina gave me when I called stating she "didn't have an additional worker that was hired" and that she needed to delay the haircut because she had to have "lunch." When you run a business you should and absolutely need to communicate with the customers as to the issues that may have come up so that there is a clear understanding of the services and delays in the process, Had I known that it would be 7 1/2 hours until I could get my dogs there is no way that I would have brought them. Not only did the cost go up for the animals which was completely wrong than the cost that was emailed to me but Tina charged me for services that I told her staff I did not want. The last time I brought them to cute cuts, all three of them were done within 2 hours. Again If there was a staffing issue this should have been communicated to me in the beginning. I even had the appointment set out to the 25th of March, but since the staff called me and said there was an availability because second person was hired was when I agreed. I filed with The Better Business Bureau already. She refuses to give a refund on Jack. I'm urging you all to not go to this business. read more
