For as much as you pay to design items, my daughters were expecting a one-of-a-kind experience. It was very unorganized. First, they couldn't find their appointment. They use post it notes to keep track of appointments. ? With all the technology these days? Maybe an appointment book? Staff wasn't very kind or polite. Set them up at a make shift table without the same supplies as the other tables/groups. They went in very excited for the experience and left very disappointed. UPDATE: while going back to the store i noticed that: 1) a MAJORITY of the items are from aliexpress, even the decoden kits they sell for $30 go for less than $10 on aliexpress 2) Most likely all of their sanrio and stuffed animals are fake, you can get the exact ones that they sell on aliexpress as well for a couple of bucks 3) it's WAY cheaper to make your own decoden case. if you look up a youtube tutorial and get your own charms from aliexpress (i also found most of their charms there even the "premium ones") you can have way more product you're working with and don't have to pay $3 for 1 charm when you can get a pack of the exact ones for $1 4) for the sonny angels they are NOT an authorized seller and honestly i wouldn't trust buying sonny angels from them fake or not since a all of their products are basically upcharged aliexpress items. customer service is still not the best sadly, way too crowded in the diy section. if you have autistic children i wouldn't recommend this place since it's very overwhelming and too overcrowded. very disappointed. read more

Came to this place to this place with some friends and from the start the staff was very friendly & made sure we had the best service . This place is full of so many cute figures and other things. We came to designs our own accessory of choice, they had so many to choose from and i made a very cute mini photo album. Athena & Katrina were the employees that walked us through on how to do things, they were very nice and helpful. Anything we needed they were there and had a lot of patience for us! Last night we went here for what we thought would be a fun, creative outing. When we walked in I asked if we could make a couple decoden cases and one hairbrush. The girl told me no you have to have made a reservation and they were sold out today through the weekend. I also asked a guy working there how the reservation works. How long are the times? He told me you get 1.5 hours to finish but it won't take that long. We were so bummed. I was unaware about the reservations but I accepted our fate. We then moved on with our night and about an hour went by and as we were walking passed Cutie Design Studio I noticed that the same 2 tables were empty. So I went in and asked if they had any cancellations because we would gladly take a table. A different girl went to ask and they said that it would be ok but only for 2 of us. Ok that's fine I said. Our daughters sat down and we were waiting for someone to come give us instructions on what to do. The girl that came was totally bothered when asked how we do the piping and what comes next. Then we overhear the guy I talked to earlier saying," they were here earlier and I told them no. And now they have a table?" It was like he was bothered we asked for a table again. I'm sorry but you had 2 tables not making money and we made you money. I'm not sure why the attitude. My friend's daughter asked if there were different colors of piping and she was told no. Mind you there were only about 6 different colors. So again we accepted the lack of colors and picked from what was there. Finally our table was finished and as I was walking around cleaning up I noticed a new table and they had a black box full of many different colors of the piping gel. So why did they get all the colors but we were told no? A basic cell phone case decorated for $35 is not reasonable however my girls have been looking forward to doing this for a while. But the attitude and lack of customer service makes it not worth it. You are asking high prices for cheap items so be glad someone is willing to pay. Your employees need to treat everyone the same. Not sure if we were treated poorly for a specific reason but we will not be back. read more

I am writing this in hopes it gets the attention needed for a change in staff. My friend and I came in to do the deco on some pricey pieces , the ladies working were very kind and eager to help , on the other hand the male worker with glasses and longer dark hair was... in lack of better words , terrible. He wasn't helpful ; we finished our pieces and had to ask him several times for help when we were done (we didn't know where to put them ofc). And he was cold and unfriendly over all. Today we went again to pick up our pieces and unfortunately he was there again, standing near the door, the way he stared me and my friend down like we were doing something wrong was so uncomfortable. We bought more blind boxes while we were there and left to open the bunch and came back to buy another few and the ENTIRE time we were looking at more to buy he was staring us down. I hope changes get made because due to the environment he created and how uncomfortable he made us feel we will definitely not be returning which is unfortunate because we enjoyed the selection so much we must have left with 9 blind boxes ranging from $17-20 each. He's not good for business and this isn't the first review I've read about this person. read more

They had a lot of options for decorations and even diy kits for deco and canvas I went and bought a canvas kit which included 3 brushes different sizes but he down side is they provided very tiny tube's of paint that isn't enough to cover the painting so I can't finish the canvas that I bought and don't know what to do especially when it was pricey and I can't even finish the painting read more

Huge red flags if you want official licensed products. They are not on the official list of distributors for Sonny Angel and Simski. They clearly have bootleg products as they have an endless supply of retired Sonny series that are not available to legit retailers. If you want up charged crap from Aliexpress then maybe this store is for you. If you want official products especially Sonny Angel's go to Kuma Co (same plaza) or Kappa Toys also in Vegas. It would be one thing if they were honest about what they were selling but they have been contacted and refuse to admit what is clearly true. I've talked to other local business's that sell them and I've heard Dreams Legal team will be sending them a Cease and Diciest at some point as they are Illegally selling their products. Stop supporting these types of business's when there are better options that don't have crappy polices like all sales final.. another red flag as to the quality of their bootleg products. read more

A cute store filled with a lot of cute collectables and stuffies. I've been shopping at this store since it was upstairs in the tiny little closet of a store and the new location has a few improvements and things that need to still be improved Pros: A LARGE selection of sonny angels and miskis, probably the largest in Las Vegas. The decor items are a cute and fun way to spend some free time. (Most of) the staff are very friendly and helpful. The new location is much larger than the old and they carry a large variety of items that I don't seem to see in a lot of other stores. The stock seems to rotate pretty quickly so I don't mind stopping by once a week or so and seeing what new items they have in stock. The staff that help you with the decor items are especially fun and helpful and encouraging Cons: The blonde owner, Allison(?) has never seemed very nice or approachable. The other day when I stopped by, she interrupted a conversation I was having with one of the employees to tell her a stuffed animal was knocked over and that she needed to go fix it. I'm sorry but wouldn't you WANT the employee to focus on the customers? Am I less important than a knocked over stuffie? If it was that important why wouldn't she just go and fix it herself instead of standing around on her phone and giving the customers a side eye? The cost of the decor items keep increasing and the limits keep getting more restrictive and NONE of these limits are posted, you have to rely on the staff to tell you every single surcharge and hope you get to the end without accidentally getting an extra charge added on. Why arent the $1 and $2 charms listed as such? And now I'm being charged EVEN more money for taking over an hour? The lack of clearly listed pricing and the new time limit makes this entire thing less fun and more stressful than it should be. If the store can get the prices of the decor items back down, get EVERYTHING very CLEARLY listed (all the extra charms and cleaning fees and extra time charges for ALL customers to READ) and get rid of that sour girl Allison the store would be a solid 5 stars. read more
