Super cute store! It's prettty tight in there but when I first when it, it was pretty empty. It wasn't until we left that it got packed and was hard to navigate around the store. But I brought my niece in to decorate a hair brush and she had so much fun! The associates were super helpful and kind. There are so many charms to choose from and this the hairbrush you get one free big charm. Some charms you have to pay for like the big ones but there are tons of free ones. I have so many mixed feelings about this place. I had a reservation to make custom decorated items with a group, and we were seated without issue, although apparently they had to displace a walk in group from the table to the side bar (they weren't happy about this). It made for some tight quarters, as you had to navigate carefully around people who were putting their charms on with tweezers and piping carefully. Other patrons who weren't there for the decorating part of the shop were also wandering around too. I hope no one got their items messed up! I wish that they had thought a bit more about spacing of the tables and chairs. Additionally, it appears that they had run out of some items (large hair clip) and some of the items they had photos of actually were of a different model they no longer carry. For example, the phone stand is completely different in the photo vs what they have, and the base of phone stand is actually pretty much impossible to decorate unless you want to impinge on the swivel function of the holder. When asked if it was possible to decorate the back side of the stand (although it would stop the holder from folding down compactly), the person said that they would need to check in with their boss and it might be extra. Like, what? It's clear that they get bulk no-name items off the internet and then resell at exorbitant prices, and then they charge for "premium" charms. They also limit the number of cream glues you can use (one color for small items, for example, unless you want to pay more!). And there's an extra fee if you don't put back your unused charms, which just leads to people putting back the charms in random bins. It feels like they are trying to nickel-and-dime you at every step. Not a great feeling. The person who gave the tutorial for how to use the cream glue was good, and they offered to help us pipe it out if we were having difficulty. The reality of it was that they were soon overloaded with other customers (one of them was complaining/worrying to the other about this). Otherwise, this was a fun experience. I didn't buy anything else from this shop, although seeing other reviews it seems like they might be selling counterfeit items...? read more

Buyers beware: still not authorized Sonny angel retailers. I went and bought a Sonny angel from the Flower Gift series because I was in the area and really wanted to give Cutie another try. After opening my Sonny there was a weird lump on the surface of the Sonny's stomach, and a horrible paint job. They have a strict no return policy so there was absolutely nothing I could do. Awesome store if you like blind boxes of popular characters like the Cry Babies or the Labubus. I first came here a few months ago with my adult kids. I was able to get a Twinkle Twinkle blind box for my grandbaby and a Yooki. My second time I got another blind box for myself and for my grandbaby. I went a few days ago when they had the Have A Seat restock so I got a set. No secret, but I guess I can purchase it elsewhere instead of buying multiple blinds just to get the secret. Its fun though. I just have to remember to look at their IG because I do want to get the other Labubus (exciting macarons). read more

Love this store, I'm a loyal & regular customer; however on CHRISTMAS EVE the customer service was upsetting. This worker had mistaken me for coming in with a party with a reservation for the arts&crafts activity; Before coming in I had saw 10 people leave and when I asked nicely if I still had to wait even though 10 people left and only 3 people came in, he glared at me and gave me a petty response: "You see these people here? There's a MAXIMUM CAPACITY SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT." Of course I know there's a maximum capacity? I myself am a Store Manager, that's why I counted how many people left the store before asking. So extremely rude for no reason! Will still be shopping here, but this worker needs an attitude check, ESP during the holiday season. read more

I've been going here since 2024 and although they always have good stock of collectibles and blind boxes I've recently noticed that some have turned out to be fake. Which on their page they swear to sell authentic items only. Also recently I went and the prices have jumped even more expensive than kuma co and kumoya upstairs which is weird because they sell the same items. If you are looking for Sonny angels and smiskis just go to kuma co to get them retail price because $20 for 1 Sonny angel is crazy. Extremely Disappointed with My Purchase I ordered four Teddy Lulus V2 from Cutie Design Studio in Las Vegas, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I already own an authentic box from Hong Kong, so I know what the original product should look and feel like--but what I received here was completely off. The one I opened had multiple issues: The head was already coming off. The fur and skin texture was noticeably different and felt cheaper. The nose color didn't match the original at all. Even the keychain tag at the top was already tearing apart. These are not minor defects--they make the product feel inauthentic and poorly made. However, there are concerns about the authenticity of many of their plushies and figure products. They're 100% not an authorized retailer for certain brands like Dreams, known for Sonny Angels & Smiskis and the Sanrio items may not be authorized either. Exercise caution if authenticity is a priority. As someone unable to find certain collections elsewhere, I do buy some of my Sonnys here and I don't have an issue if they are inauthentic because they all look real.
