Do not go here. I've been here a few times. This was my last visit. There was some blue color on my ankles from something they put in the water of the pedicure base. In order to get it off my ankles the woman took an emery board and scratched my ankles terribly. Only when I got home did I start to feel the burn. So ridiculous. She couldn't use a wash cloth?! There service was terrible and the nails were not what I asked for. She ruined my natural nail that was under my acrylic and the acrylic powder that she used was not the same color as color the base was when I came in. And when I slightly moved my had she slapped my hand and told me to stop moving in a rude tone. She cut my friend's cuticle to wear it was bleeding. There was no oil or lotion used after which left my cuticles and nails very dry. Overall the nails were ugly and the experience was awful. read more

We went to this salon today for a Birthday celebration! There were 6 of us and we had a reservation! They did not have enough people working to accommodate us and my pedicure lasted no more than 15 minutes! No lotion, no wax, no cuticle trimming nothing at all! Literally a polish change and they charged me 35.00 and tried to argue with me that it was a basic pedicure! Everyone else in my group received hot stones wax lotion massage etc! They promised me that next time they would do extra! There will never be a next time! read more

I will admit I have not had many experiences at nail salons. This was what I would consider a typical experience. My mother really wanted to treat my 4 year old daughter to her first official pedicure. The salon was clean. They had a lot of pedicure and manicure stations. They appeared to be in good condition. The pedi chairs are massagers which was great. One lady did my daughter's feet first. She was very good with her and even did two different polishes and added white polka dots at the end. It was very cute and we had one happy little girl. My pedicure was good. However, I felt like I got a different/better experience than my mom. They didn't spend as much time on her. She didn't complain but I noticed. One thing I think is worth mentioning for the sake of feedback is that I think it would be nice if they would talk to the person they are providing services for instead of talking over their shoulder in another language to a co-worker. That is what has happened at all the other salons, and it doesn't bother me per se, but it would be nice if once in a while they talked to their customers. Overall it was a good experience and if I ever have the need for a professional mani or pedi, I would go back. read more

I got on the website and they had a price for a mani and pedi as $40.00. I took my granddaughter and away we went. We both had a mani and a pedi and an add on of hot wax which they said would be $5 each. Ok $45.00 each and then my granddaughter wanted gel polish and a flower. At the end when I went to pay she charged me $160.00!!!! She said mine was $60.00 an my granddaughter's was $100.00!!! I can understand mine should have been $45 because of the added hot wax, but I certainly think the OVERCHARGE for my granddaughter is ridiculous. The tech's were very nice, but the place was not very clean and I didn't think the tools were very clean either. Overall, not extremely happy. read more

I have been coming here for years with good service but my last visit was horrible. It was a walk in, they told me they had time for my gel manicure but then had me sitting on the couch waiting for 25 minutes then sat me in a chair waiting with my hands in water for another 10 minutes. One of the ladies came up and started slowly clipping my cuticles saying I just had to wait a minute for another lady then she was too busy so the same lady clipping me did my nails FINALLY. However, she spent more time watching the door than even looking at my nails while she was doing them so she missed spots that I pointed out. She acted annoyed and then had me put my nails under the light when 2 of the fingers weren't even colored her. I pointed it out and she snapped back "I know!" Then when she was done she filed the ends which with gel makes it peel up faster and then put on the grossest smelling lotion ever without a massage and said okay you're done. Sadly after years of coming here I am never going back. read more

By far the best foot massage I've ever had. Yen did my pedicure and was so nice. She probably spent 30+ minutes on the massage alone and it was wonderful.
