Everyday, there was someone at our house working. We were told in advance what the schedule was, and were kept apprised of any changes by Ricky Monter in the Cutler offices. Every time I had a question or concern, it was handled promptly and efficiently . The subcontractors were excellent and very professional as well. Their tile man, Miguel is the best- painstakingly precise about every detail and it shows. Josh delivered a bathroom that was beautifully designed, with better cabinets and counters than I was quoted by another top rated contractor for the same price--and he was done two weeks early. I am a bit tardy in this review as Cutler completed work on my project in February. However, that just solidified my thoughts on what a great job they did on my remodel. I've received sooo many compliments on the new wood flooring and the shiplap wall, and I love them too!! In the past I've had 2 bad experiences with carpet installs, but this time I was so pleased. All 3 bathrooms were gutted and remodeled and look really nice. Josh & his team of workers & sub-contractors were professional and genuinely nice people. Communication was nicely facilitated by Ricky, who keeps things rolling with very few timing hiccups. They are not inexpensive, but you know what they say....you get what you pay for, and I also believe Josh threw in just a lil extra here & there for the project just because. I hired Cutler Construction Services again! Several years' ago I hired Josh Cutler, owner, and his team to remodel my guest bathroom. The result was so great I selected him again for a much larger job. Josh did a remodel of both kitchen and living room. Old tile was taken up in both areas and replaced with beautiful wood laminate flooring, complete demolition of kitchen - rebuilt with new: windows, sliding glass doors, chimney stainless steel hood , sink, dishwasher, cabinets, quartz counter top, paint, repair of cracks in walls, etc., recessed lighting, pendant lights, and free floating shelving. Also a wall of tile that went to the ceiling and was so stunning-almost took one's breath away! Then onto the living room: all new paint and recessed lighting, 4inch baseboard throughout both rooms, hung 65" TV over the fireplace, re-designed the fireplace making it modern and elegant at the same time, new windows and sliding glass doors, bright red closet door. Then came the front door: 4 layers of red paint and (I don't know how he did this) he found the stain glass ( he found someone who knew someone, etc) that I was dreaming about and that completed the job. So, to sum up this long review, Josh and his crew did an amazing job (even the team were gushing over the flooring and doors) no detail was overlooked. Josh and his team appeared to be very happy with the results of their hard labor. You cannot go wrong with CCSI as it was a joy to watch what unfolded. I must say that Ricky, Josh's Project Manager is one in a million; coordinated the entire project seamlessly and with a lovely sense of humor which was much appreciated. Thank you all. We hired Cutler Construction to repair an outdoor staircase that really needed some TLC. We trusted Cutler to replace all dry rot and termite damaged wood and paid a hearty $4500 to do so.(total over $6000 for work which included repair to two gates) Approximately two months later as we prepared to sell our home the termite inspector found the staircase in a mess. We paid the termite company over $1200 to repair the work Cutler neglected to do or didn't do in a workman like fashion. I almost cried when I saw the termite company chopping into our "new" staircase. The termite inspector assured us that the damaged wood left behind by Cutler had been there for years. WARNING about this company - everyone makes mistakes, but when we addressed the situation with Cutler they denied any wrong doing and rather than compensate us for the poor job had their attorney call - off to small claims court we go! read more

All i can say is WOW !!!! I have used Cutler Construction Services, Inc. for several projects and I could not be happier. I started with a complete remodel of my master bathroom and guest bathroom. From there we moved on to redesigning and creating the kitchen of my dreams. Both projects were done with attention to every detail and a level of craftsmanship that I have only been able to find with jobs done by Cutler Construction. I still love getting compliments on everything we did to the home and I don't hesitate to give anyone their number because I could not have worked with a more professional and honest President and CEO than i did for all of these jobs. As an example my parents were so impressed with my experience that they hired CCS to install 20 new windows, a new front door, fix an issue in their guest bathroom, and do some water damage repair. We hired Cutler to remodel our master and guest bathroom, and we could not be happier with how they turned out!! Josh, Ricky and the entire team at Cutler Construction Services proved to be dedicated, hardworking professionals who take pride in the quality of their work. We met with 5 (or 6?) contractors, and when we met Josh we knew we had found the right guy for our project. The entire process, from clearly itemized bids and invoices, to scheduling and communication was professional and transparent. All of the subcontractors were terrific; everyone took care to keep the worksite safe and tidy (we lived there throughout), and everyone was friendly and courteous. Josh and Ricky give great advice (and are incredibly patient with first-time renovators who second guess themselves on everything), but they're also very clear about achieving the design that YOU want - they don't force ideas or try to push you one way or the other. In the end, our project was completed ON BUDGET and reasonably on time (there were some delays with the tile, but that was not their fault & they took care of everything).
