Laguna Bay Developing did a fantastic job with resurfacing my sun deck and removing and replacing a sliding glass door that led to the sun deck. They performed the job on budget and on schedule and the work performed was high-quality. I did not sense that they were cutting corners on anything. Their assistant Andrea contacted me back And was very easy to work with and set an appointment for the owner to come out and consult before giving any pricing. He was very informative and what made me move forward with his company was the fact that he actually talked me out of something I didn't need to do that another construction company said I would need to do and would cost me another $3000 That part sold me right there because he was honest and not shady trying to sell me. Eli at Laguna Bay Developing coordinated two bathroom remodels at my condo. They did one bathroom at a time and the project took 2 months to complete. The tile guys were the very best! I've seen horror stories about tile install gone wrong and I feel grateful that their tile guy was top notch because I am very particular. He was helpful with choosing a grout color - something I hadn't even considered that I would need to do. I went out of town during the project and my water heater broke while I was away. The water heater was old and its failure was not related to this project! Gio saved me a lot of money by coordinating a new water heater install at a significantly lower cost than if I were to hire an emergency plumber. I felt that the guys I worked with were fair and trustworthy, and I would definitely hire them again for future projects. The tile guys came back to replace a couple of floor tiles that got scratched during the cabinet install. Eli did a great job at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the finished product. However the job was completed over 2 months ago and I am still waiting for a couple of cabinet doors to be replaced which were dinged during install. I am happy with my new bathrooms! read more

We hired LBD to repaint our ranch room and install a tile facade surround for the one wall around a TV and fireplace . The job turned out to be more complex than expected so took longer but Gio was committed to completing the work to our satisfaction and we are now very happy with the results. We have worked with David and Gio on two projects now and they are incredible, cannot recommend highly enough. Our first project was small, replacing a very old custom size vanity in our master bathroom (replacing lighting/medicine cabinets etc.) No other contractor would even talk to us because it was "too small" of a project (under $15k). Gio and David not only took the project but completed it within a few days- all custom cabinets with quartz backsplash/counter. They are big on relationships and want to earn repeat business, not just rush jobs through. They earned our business for a complete kitchen remodel about one month later. That job was big- all new cabinets, electric, lighting, appliances, paint, quartz counter and backsplash. Their teams are highly specialized and they work in rotations, so they get things done very quickly without sacrificing any quality. David is meticulous and will do things that most contractors would skip over (no shortcuts- they sent one of their carpenters back to custom cut and fit a small gap below our cooktop). They don't play games- what they quote is what you pay unless you make a change in specs. Could not be happier with how this turned out- will work with them whenever possible. read more

Laguna Bay Developing recently remodelled our kitchen. It was a pretty comprehensive remodel as we took apart the previous kitchen down to the studs. The team, led by Gio was extremely responsive, came up with great ideas and recommendations, and made the entire project less stressful, as it could have been. Finish work was kind of shoddy. They left tape glue on the floors, some black spots from the hot mop from the shower. They said they provide for free a cleaning service when everything is complete. It's been 3 weeks and no one has called to set up the cleaning service. They left paint on my brand new faucet and light fixture. They also left paint on the door knob to the bathroom door. They dripped paint on the inside of my medicine cabinet and never cleaned it off. read more

Replaced my bath tub and put a new floor in the shower. Project took alittle longer than I anticipated. In the end everything turned out spectacular and I was very pleased with the results. The workmanship was first rate and the installers were very polite and respectful of my home and property. My Project manager "Sebastian" was very good about staying in touch with me throughout the construction process and made sure that all my expectations were met. The cost wasn't cheap but I believe I got what I paid for. I will tell you that they don't work on weekends and that did drag the process out a bit. As for rating I'm giving them four out of five stars but only because of the time to completion factor. read more
