She kept asking me the same questions over and over after I had texted her exactly what I wanted a day before. I came in for highlights, color, and a haircut. I needed gray coverage. She takes a very long time talking when I just wanted her to start. She also burned my scalp with the straightener. She was doing a test with a strip of my hair and used a straightener for heat. I decided to cancel the hair dye and she only did a hair wash and haircut. I walked out at 11:25 with just a haircut. 1 hr and 25 mins waiting with just a haircut!! Btw none of the other hair dressers jumped in to help her or take over. (It seems like this is a family business)....
