The pork wasn't ultra soft, but felt apart decently well. It tasted so good and had some sort of crazy glaze to it that was so tasty. The pork is just crazy good; end of story. The rice and plantains were also ultra satisfying too. Nothing much to really describe but it complimented the pork about as well as possible. Hopefully I have consistently great experiences when I go back in the future. For now I think this is 5 star status for sure. My meal was immensely satisfying and the value is unbeatable.
