I don't even get polish, so the focus should have been on proper cuticle care, trimming, and buffing. Unfortunately, none of that was done correctly. My skin was not trimmed properly, my toes were not buffed evenly, and the overall service felt rushed and careless. The technician appeared distracted because she was also responsible for another client's fingernails. As soon as that client's pedicure was finished, my service felt rushed just so she could move on. I spoke up about the quality of the service while I was still there, and there was really no meaningful remedy offered. Instead of charging me the full $30, she reduced it to $20. I appreciate the discount, the reality is I'm still going to have to pay for another pedicure somewhere else to have it done correctly. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. A pedicure should feel relaxing and thorough, even without polish. I did not receive that level of care here. When I arrived I was happily greeted by two ladies, but they seemed distracted. They were more engaged in their perosnal conversation than attending to me. I tried not to read too into it and just give it a shot. I requested a pedicure with gel and dip with tips for my manicure. Only one lady was doing both services at the same time, but it was quite disorganized. As I was attempting to remain patient, give it shot, I started to notice some things: 1) trimmed beard hair on the floor near the pedicure chairs, 2) dust and grime here, there, and everywhere 3) no employees wearing gloves, 4) a very strong mildew smell, and 5) noticing the equipment was very old. I started to feel extremely uncomfortable and suspecting the tools weren't sanitized, so I left! I am wishing this business the best recovery in their services offered and sanitation.

I am new to the area and what a great way to find/test out lash techs. So after all is said and done I notice that my first application is good, I do love them but the glue used makes my eyelashes look crusty. Like I have eye goop/boogers stuck in my lash line. Yes I know not to apply an oil based mascara, but I had to to hide the "crust." The glue used is black, she showed me. I had been getting my lashes done in Florida and have never had this problem. I had great length and fullness that lasted a long time. I never had to apply mascara nor did I feel the "crusty" feeling I feel with these. My lashes always touched my eyewear after an application. I always received compliments on my lashes and I do not get that feeling of absolutely loving my lashes. The fill I received was quick as I only had 1 hour. I did not use the entire hour. When I got home to double check in detail I noticed a glob of glue holding 2-3 lashes together at the corner of my eye. I literally had to pull it out! I regret not taking a picture. The base of my lashes are crusty feeling and looking. I have not had any hair services so this does not reflect that aspect of the business.
