One star because negative stars aren't an option. Spent 2 hours here, I guess the man doing my toes is new? He put 5 coats of white gel polish plus 2 top coats, missed nearly half of each nail. Proceeded to file the gel off, so this was the 2nd time a drill was used to remove the polish. So much alcohol and acetone was used that the $50 pedicure left me feet dried out. I was so focused on my feet that the woman doing my nails at the same time was able to leave my nails destroyed. Crooked, misshaped. NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!! Who paints nails sideways and not top to bottom. I came out worse than I went in. My toe looks like she munched on it with her mouth. She did not take my dry skin cuticles off. She barely rubbed the cheese shredder on my bottom of my feet! I should of know this was gonna go left, when I seen her having trouble putting the blue bag around the tub! Then she kept asking the other lady questions and second guessing herself, shading my nails while looking at tv. I línea of the paint u can see! Half my nails are painted not even to ti end! I've been coming here for over six months now and I have never had a better experience than this! I only go to Hannah for my nails and she does a perfect job every single time! She listens to what I want and looks at my inspiration photos and makes sure I leave with beautiful nails. My daughter also gets her nails done by other techs and she loves them every time! We both get pedicures regularly too. We have never had any issues and always leave happy. Even if I'm too rough one week and break one Hannah is so quick to fix it for me!! The techs here are all so nice and caring, they get to know you and build relationships with you and they are so polite!! Proceed with caution. Some of the techs I've had have been GREAT but today as they were removing my old gel from my last appointment the person used a hand file on some stubborn polish so hard that it cracked my natural nail down the center! I told her to stop but she didn't! Not until I physically pulled my hand away and said STOP. Not only is this not the proper way to remove it but I also declined the cuticle clippers because new tools were not sanitized/in packages as is the industry health standard. Very easy way to get a fungal infection or worse. read more

Called ahead on vacation and made appointments for all 3 of us to get in at same time. Our appointments were at 6 and we arrived early...but they were not ready for us. 2 of the people had to use the same lady. They were not offered drinks. I got the owner/manager. She started on me after the other two were finished which defeated the point of being together, starting and finishing together. We left around 7:30 and they were still going. Everyone was happy with nails except rough around edges and mine are way more square than I like. Nothing over the top fancy about the salon but they do get the job done...just be prepared to wait your turn. read more

I really like coming here but this last time I came the lady I got was rude and she looked annoyed at everyone

This might be the most multi-pronged review I have ever written... First off - I was thrilled there was somewhere open. Traveling for work, I wanted my nails done at 8:00 in Oklahoma - most places closed at 7 or 7:30. This particular sign said "Open" but the hours said they closed at 7:00. So I was beside myself when I poked my head in and the gentleman said they'd have time for a mani AND pedi. (I get excited easily.) 10 points. The atmosphere is kinda "tiki" The spa chairs are are underneath a thatched roof pavilion. Kinda cheesy, kinda cozy. They got to work on the toes right away - and she was AWESOME. It was really great for a "basic" pedi--only $22. 20 points. The mani was not okay. Another gal came and got started on my hands after she got off her cell phone. She not-so-tactfully told me that call was her making arrangements to pick up her baby late from day care since I came in so late. She even pouted her lip. Wow. I hope you can sleep at night using your 16 month child ("He's just a BAY-bee...") to secure larger tips. Not to mention, YOU let me in. Minus 5 points. That wouldn't have been so bad, until the following happened... There was a fairly rude, diva-esque customer getting a pedicure by another nail tech in a nearby chair and she was apparently dissatisfied with the length of her toenails, post-filing. I don't know how you wear *shoes* with them that long, but okay. Anyway, the customer was being hugely unpleasant; refused to leave, refused to pay and basically just had her nose in the air. It was definitely awkward. But my manicurist kept making snide comments to me about the customer. I couldn't actually understand all of what she was saying to me, but I am pretty sure she used profanity at one point. And wouldn't. Stop. Minus 10 points. She was so focused on this woman; no--COMPLAINING about this woman--she totally botched my mani. The paint I chose was clearly too thick and goopy to be used without a thinner first (the mani tech was taking so long with the bottle since she was spending most of her time with her head turned around gaping at the exchange behind us, I gave the pedi tech a different bottle to use in the interest of time). I don't work in a nail salon and I could tell that much. Instead of fixing that or asking me to choose a different polish, she attempted to slather on more (we are talking 4 or 5 coats) polish to smooth it out. Especially in the dryer, it was the worst "paint job" I have ever had. And I have painted my nails in a moving car more than once. Minus 10 points. I didn't say anything, hoping it would settle (?) a little overnight and do the trick until I could get home later that week and take some polish remover to it, but the next day's sunlight exploited its weaknesses. I mean, it had puckered. (See photo) I actually went back the next day as my work meetings allowed me to drive by the location around lunchtime and I decided to see if they would fix it. The same crew of 4 techs were there again. I talked to the man (who was the over-filing toe culprit from the previous evening) and showed him my thumbnail and asked him to touch it up. I found the same polish and recommended he thin it this time. After he identified me as the customer who came in "very late" he started on the thumb. Meanwhile, what I presume was the owner came over and flipped on the desk lamp at his station. They spoke in Vietnamese for a few moments and the owner pointed at my hands several times. At the end of that exchange, he took all the polish off all fingers, used a different bottle (which he added thinner to), and it ended up great! 10 points. I would have tipped again, but I was out of singles and no one could make change. : | The pedicure was really great, but I wouldn't go back to this location unless I was guaranteed the tech who did my pedi or the owner. What a cute and clean place! My husband had a pedi with Tracy and I had a mani & pedi with Kelley. They did an awesome job! I hate it when manicurists don't paint from edge to edge- and she did! We sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting on service when one of the staff came up and apologized saying she had an appointment when the person she was taking care of Canada in after we did and kept complaining until they got taken care of before we did. I went after not being in for at least 2 years. The folks that used to own it sold and moved away. I was at the coffee shop and decided to go in. The décor is simple and it is very quiet if you want to relax. If you are used to and like it loud with a lot of commotion go somewhere else. It is not the type of salon that has to pay for all the nice lighting and wine so they do not forward those costs to you. My nails look good they shellac manicure without cuticles cut is 15 normally 23. The pedicure was 25 but they go from 20 -50 and of course the nail prices are all dependent on what you want. Ask for Tina she is very nice and is a good talker if you like that if you want it quiet she wont bug you. Good new chairs too. Only reason for 2 less stars is no credit card machine. In today's world where square is everywhere, that is just not good for me.They do have an ATM. In addition they do change and throw everything away including a liner for the foottubs but do not have more than 1 brush at the sink. I was in and out in just over an hour with mani-pedi.
