ASK before you get any services the price of anything because my $35 pedicure ended up $50 and my daughter's new set of nails with a design was $90!! I refused to pay $90 so it was $80. I had a wonderful experience at Sapphire Nail & Spa. My nail tech Jennie did an excellent job. Paid attention to detail and was very gentle with her instruments. Never once did she complain when I requested the water at another temperature. She not only was friendly but made sure I knew the owner and details about the business. Pedicures were our choice for that day, and I chose a Milk and Honey Aroma Pedicure: Heated Herbal Neck Wrap, Scrub, Mask, Paraffin, Callus Removal, Hot Towel Wrap, and Massage. There were 6 fragrances to choose from, and each one has its own wonderful purpose. When you walk in the door, you fill out a quick questionnaire. The last question CANNOT be skipped. "Would you like a complimentary drink?" (I think that's how it was worded. Choose from Water, Soft Drinks, Margaritas or Wine. Less than satisfactory on the nails. Just had my nails done and was rather disappointed. The tech filed my nails so short it hurt on a couple of fingers. The color doesn't even go to the edges because she filed it off. I will probably not be returning to this place. On the pedicure, once I said basic, she just rush through. I didn't notice until I left that my toes have brush divots on the color. I recommend thinking twice before going here. read more

I've been going here for awhile now and it's VERY hit or miss depending on which nail technician you get. However, the last time I came here in February 2024, my experience was SO BAD that I will not be coming back. My mother and I went to this place for this first time and I'm sad to say I am disappointed. The nails look fine but aren't worth the price. The man in the middle of doing my nails, answered his phone and said to whoever "oh you can come in now I am not doing anything." I guess whoever he was talking to was coming because he completely rushed through my manicure and did a rough job -it took only 10 minutes for a dip manicure and you can tell. The lady who did my moms nails, cut her cuticles too deep and didn't seem to care, the color was filed off the sides of her nails as well. The "massage" she was given was just oil on her cuticles and called it done. At least her lady did more for her than what the man did for my hands... don't think I'll be going back Oh! Did I mention that didn't give me plastic flip flops so I had to walk about barefoot :( read more

Dropped in here this evening and chose reflexology from their list of services because my mani and pedi are pretty fresh and what I need is the relaxation part. They wanted to add a bunch of services and I did not, so they suddenly had no one available for that. What? Whoever gave me a gift card to place wanted me to suffer. If I could give you 0 stars I would but I have to give you a one, sadly; which I believe is too high for this place. They charged my friend and I for 90 dollars for (excuse my French) shitty ass nails. Our toes our fine, they could've cleaned the polish up more and not been as aggressive. But to get to the bad part we asked for acrylics for prom (which is tomorrow). As I am writing this my friend is picking off excess acrylic powder. We will start with my experience. We walked in and they were already rude. My friend and I minded our business and got our toes done. But that is not where my main problem resides. When we went to do my nails and he was pulling out the nail kit and I put my hand out and he threw my hand back at me. He was too aggressive with my nails leaving sore by him squeezing my finger as hard as he could and would bend my fingers in weird ways. Furthermore, he said once my nails were done that this was is first set (like mine) I've ever done. I looked and they were horrendous. I can't even put it into words so I will attach pictures. (I only asked for them to be a little bit shorter) So personally I had a good experience until a lady started on my nails then I got asked to move to a different chair and some guy started to do my nails I wasn't told why I had to move. He asked for the picture, so I should him then he told me that it may not be exact. So I asked if he could get it as close as possible and when I tell y'all I am very upset. He didn't follow the picture at all he switched the nails from which one was supposed to have certain designs. The lines in the picture were supposed to be thin instead I got thick lines. Not to mention the lady who was doing my toe nails didn't clean any of the polish after she got done painting them. Me and my friend will not be coming back here. read more

I used to go here all the time, then they change management. I thought I was safe coming here. Well I was NOT!! I came in and got some gel nails and two months later went in to have them taken off. They ruined my nails, taking them off, They took off so much of the top of my nails that I am now in pain. It will be many months before they fully grow out and hopefully as strong as before. Second time giving the place a chance. Pretty terrible experience. Dip manicure and a pedi. For the pedicure I'm pretty sure that nothing was sterilized. It came out in a blue box that looks similar to what you would put your kids pencils in at school. I never saw a single sterilization pack. My nails are really bad. You can still see the red polish from my last manicure in the corners of a couple of them. She never asked if I wanted them cut down or filed. They are uneven, the paint is bumpy and doesn't cover my whole nail in places. Unless you have a certain person here that you know does a good job, please don't waste your money. read more

Went here last night for the first time. I asked for a gel manicure. Told her not to cut my nails because I like my natural nails long. So instead she filed them.... my hands are uneven and I didn't want to tell her because I didn't want her to make my nails even shorter! Terrible experience, she didn't have me wash my hands during my manicure, I never saw her open the tools from a sanitary package, no hand wax, and the signs states $30 for a gel manicure and she charged me $35. So far, so good!! Half way into my pedi and no one's drawn blood! :). In all seriousness, this place is fantastic!!! Much larger than the outside makes it appear - they have 15 pedi chairs for those who are looking for a girls day/ bachelorette type celebration. I am 3/4 the way through my milk and honey pedicure; Linn is just finishing up the foot/leg massage and OMG - I think I'm in heaven...... Sapphire's offers complimentary beverages (e.g. bottled water), but steps it up by also offering a glass of red or white wine. I chose the wine. :) The pricing is on par with other establishments - a basic spa pedicure starts at $25 and the more "luxury" pedis ave $45. I generally get a basic pedi, but since it's been a few months (plus I had been walking around in 3" heels all day), decided to treat myself to one of the "fancier" options and went with the milk and honey pedi ($45). All around WONDERFUL experience! My legs are seriously silky soft! In talking with some of the other patrons, they're all regulars here and have nothing but high praises for the service and establishment - And after my initial experience, I too concur! I stopped by here this afternoon to get a manicure without looking at any reviews (which I try to do most of the time to avoid bad service). This was probably the worst manicure I have ever paid for. I'm not one that typically complains. Normally things have never been and enough too complain. However this was such a terrible experience I honestly don't know how the woman doing my nails could have walked away feeling like she satisfied a customer. I got the Green Tea Mani without the gel (I always try to peel that stuff off ). It wasn't really all that busy but I had to wait maybe 15 minutes and that didn't bother me. I think it was a manger or owner doing my nails because as she started she continued to direct new customers and coordinate the techs to help them. Only a few people came in after me but she was ridiculously rushing through my manicure. There was still a noticeable amount of dead skin left around my cuticles after she clipped them. She was massaging me arms so fast that the sea salt was flying off onto my clothes and face! When it came time for the massage she was just going so fast trying to rub the lotion on it was ridiculous. She actually just stated wiping it off because she didn't have time to rub it all on. She didn't even massage one of my hands! Then she rushed through the nail polish, not allowing anytime in between coats to dry. The polish was sliding off my nails... In the end I still paid but left nothing extra. I paid $30 for a 20 min crappy massage, terrible polish job, and left with wax, lotion and salt all over my pants. I won't go back again and I would recommend one of the they two places near by before I suggest you waste your money here. The place looks really nice and has a great ambiance but it seemed like unless you were a regular, they just wanted you in and out. Don't be fooled. You'll probably regret your experience. I actually almost stopped her half way through and probably should have just left. read more

I love this place. I've been going to the same nail tech for 11 yrs! He moved here a few yrs ago and it's awesome. The owner is great, treats the employees very well. It's very, very clean. I've watched them clean early in the morning and they don't cut corners. They wash out each pedi chair each and every time and run a bleach solution too. They have the most up to date nail fashions like dipping powder! They do great eye brow waxing (ask for the owner) too. Great place to take your girl friends for a day at the spa! The lady I'm most impressed with is Selena. She's very sweet, quick, and gentle. This nail salon offers beverages for their customers. Red or white wine, soda, water, and frozen margaritas. I sure appreciate that! When you first walk in they have you put your name on a list, but I've never waited very long. Then you pick out your polish color. Went to get a white tipped gel manicure for first time and attempted to ask questions related to pregnancy safe gel polish and was brushed off and interrupted. Than the nail tech proceeds to dip my hand inside a jar of foggy dirty acetone in order to remove my nail polish when she could of used a cotton ball. She was too rough and my nails are tender. She totally rushed it. Very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place at all. Unhygienic. Especially if you are pregnant bc they don't care to make you feel safe at all. Beautiful facility! Water features, crystal chandelier, relaxing music. There are 5 or 6 TVs on different channels too, on mute with subtitles. My pedicure was quick but relaxing.
