At first I came with wrong expectation of surgical time, when it took longer I stared to worry, but, Dr. Kim and her assistant make sure I remained clam and they even offer (which I took it) few minute break to relax my jaw. That was helpful. In my subsequent visits I had been late to my schedule due to unexpected QnA in my afternoon work meeting and every time sacramento surgical staff were accommodating and caring. Despite the staffing, I was not greeted upon entering and went about 25 minutes without anyone offering assistance. I eventually had to track someone down to ask for a tester, which was already frustrating since many makeup products don't have testers available. The associate I spoke with appeared inconvenienced, did not ask if I needed anything else, and walked away immediately after opening a tester. It's hard to understand why brick-and-mortar retailers are surprised when customers choose to shop online instead. When there are enough employees present but customer service is completely lacking, the in-store experience offers no added value.
