    Second experience at the salon. What I ended up getting done for my hair. You can't even tell I have any peekaboo highlights.

    I have not been one for leaving yelp reviews but after a few voices encouraging me to share my story I decided that I needed to. After getting service done twice, really not happy but was afraid to say anything I thought third time is a charm kind of magic. The first time I came into the salon I gave a clear picture of what I wanted. What I came out with was nothing like I wanted. Again, I was afraid to say anything so I went on with life. Second time comes around I again, have a clear picture of what I wanted but at the end of the appointment you couldn't see a difference at all. Third time around I figured a simple all over color would be perfect. I had an appointment. Worked a busy day at work. The entire time not feeling well and since I work in the dental field I assist the doctor so I didn't have my phone on me. I had received a text confirming the appointment for the following day. After I got off work I went straight to Sutter urgent care where the doctor diagnosed me with having the flu. I got home and as I was resting I responded apologizing for the late response and mentioned I would need to cancel my appointment for the following day and the appointment the Saturday as I was supposed to attend a party but due to having the flu I was not going to be going out and about. I rescheduled the appointment for the original all over color. Was told that if I needed to reschedule that I would need to give at least 24 hours notice. My appointment was scheduled for Thursday 12/15. I text her Monday 12/12 letting her know that my original Thursday work day which is usual a half day turned into a full day so I needed to cancel it. I apologized and let her know days in advance that I wasn't going to make the appointment in hopes she would be able to get someone to fill my spot. Instead I received a text back stating: "Please do not call our salon again you are not welcome there !!! You have wasted way too much of my time." I have never been treated as poorly as I did by one of the owners herself. Again, I have never been one to leave a review but after consulting advice regarding this by another more professional hair dresser I felt that it's necessary to share what I experienced because it was truly uncalled for.     This review is to point out how ridiculous your accusations of my gf lieing about her bad haircut. Below I attached pictures of what a terrible haircut you did and call you out on your blatant lies. I'd expect this from a 15 year old but not some grown up women. My mind is blown how much you are trying to cover this up and hope people read this review. Secondly I attached pictures of your so called facebook after post and any woman looking at these pictures will see that your so called haircut you are proud of is not even. You can clearly see the left side is shorter and the middle of the back is longer and not even trimmed properly. Now lets reference the other pictures. You can clearly see how the face framing layers are all uneven and had to be fixed. I attached a picture of how a person at super cuts was able to fix your terrible job of the same angle. You are out of your mind suggesting we are lieing. Who in their right mind would pay over $200 just to go purposely get a bad haircut for fake pictures...wow thats incredible. This morning I respectfully called you to express my concern with my gf being heartbroken that she had to end up losing about 7inchs of hair due to a bad haircut. Your response was that you spent 5 hrs on the hair. Ummm lets see, she came in a week prior for a consultation and you booked her for 3 hours. Being that you've been a stylist for so long you sure don't have any concept of time. So you proceed to say you overbooked cause it took longer like its her fault you dont know how to properly consult and do your job. You have no business being disrespectful of accusing us of lieing, saying she had bad hair before she came in and posting we couldnt afford the full service and let her leave your salon with that hair and paid you in full on top of a good tip. Its not our responsibility to compensate your poor judgement on the time it took. Its not our fault you couldnt do the job correctly and took more time to do what you originally quoted. When you asked me what can we do to make this right I simply suggested to be refunded for the haircut portion since I had to spend more money to fix your problem at a super cuts of all places. You proceeded to say no in disgust and then tell me this is ridiculous and that you were going to call her mom like you're in elementary school and hang up on me. I mean wow who does that when you are in the wrong and then proceed to lie and insult her while not even attempt to fix the situation. All I asked for was for you to reimburse us for the haircut portion but you wanted to act like a child and not a professional business owner so I had to take even more time out of my day to write this. Look at the pictures, and even look at your pictures you posted and really analyse who's lieing here. I suggest no one goes to your salon unless they want to deal with immature and very low skilled stylists.

    If I could give this negative stars I would. I feel like my worst nightmare came true. I went in with long healthy hair and left with short uneven fried hair. Not only did they cut my hair 3 inches shorter on one half of my head but they cut framing face layers into the middle of my hair. I'm devastated! There's no words for how horrible this salon is. I called to tell them about what happened and they could care less. I wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy. Please do yourself the biggest favor and your wallet a favor and find a salon that knows what they're doing. They even said well we over booked so what did you expect. Wow I didn't know that a salon overbooking themself Was my fault. Even called and at least wanted a refund for the haircut or to compensate for having to have another salon fix it and they hung the phone up...didnt even offer to make things right...what business ignores a complaint and straight up hangs up on you mid conversation. Also, I specifically asked for my hair to not be cut wet because I have curly hair and they ignored my request.

    Move your service to a pharmacy where the pharmacists stay within the guidelines of their license…read moreand not try to diagnose and override the physician... recommend finding another pharmacy. In all the years I've worked in the medical profession, the pharmacist I dealt at Walgreens overstepped. He made an error on the prescription provided by my physician. He did not apply a refill to my record and then stated that HE would "decide or another pharmacist would decide whether they thought my medical issue still existed for that refill of antibiotic". I mentioned to him that a Pharmacist cannot diagnose. He then rebutted by stating that "they can call the physician then to see if he wanted it filled". Huh? Well.. here's a clue.. the physician wrote it for a refill purposefully, with intent. I think this pharmacist was attempting to distract from the error he made on my prescription. I then called his manager who was also a pharmacist. I asked her how she felt about the pharmacist she was managing telling me "he would decide if I still needed the refill of antibiotic". She, stated that a pharmacist can decide if they feel comfortable refilling a prescription. Hmmm .. it's antibiotic lol. Anyhow, I will be reporting this to the California State Board of Pharmacy. Pharmacists cannot diagnose and that is exactly what he stated he was going to do in order to provide a refill for antibiotic. It appears Walgreens pharmacists are a way too entitled by trying to diagnose and play phisician. Generally if a pharmacist works at Walgreens they are new to the field or can't get a job elsewhere. It appears this is the case.
