We own a travel trailer and a 5th wheel, but our tow vehicle was out of commission. Despite this setback, we had a camping trip planned with a few other families. We reached out to JaeBug Trailer Rentals and received a response immediately. Booking was super easy; they were incredibly accommodating, especially since we had many moving parts and I can be a bit high-maintenance when coordinating these types of things with other families. We rented the 36' Genesis Supreme toy hauler, which was in pristine condition! Even though we brought everything from our travel trailer, they provided all the necessities and even had the beds made up. It literally came with everything you would need as a starting point. Where we were camping, it was HOT (high 90s to the 100s) during the day, and the A/C was amazing! The "master" bedroom had a REAL mattress; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Not only was the trailer itself fantastic, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team at JaeBug Trailer Rentals was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect trip. They even provided thoughtful touches like extra blankets and kitchen supplies, making us feel right at home. The process was so easy, I'm seriously considering never taking our trailers out again, selling them, and just using JaeBug Trailer Rentals for all our future trips. I've rented stuff from various rental places including Home Depot (The worst!). This place has…read morebeen incredible. If I have a tool out for an extra hour, they don't make a big deal about it. I had a rental scheduled for a dump truck, and the truck they had for me broke down, so they rented one from a competitor just to make sure I had one, even knowing that it would likely cost them more than I was paying for it. Add to that, the dump truck they rented, didn't have the same tow hitch as the one required for the bobcat I rented and had planned to tow with it, so they delivered and picked it up at no additional charge. Since I wasn't able to tow it, I also wasn't able to fuel it back up after use, and they didn't charge me for that either! Since then, I've rented a dump truck and bobcat from them a second time, a jack hammer, and most recently, a concrete coring tool. I've yet to be disappointed with any of my rentals, pricing, availability, or their ability to bend over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I've been working with Mark as my sales rep, but they are all very happy to be of assistance! I highly recommend you consider them for your future rental needs! I know I will!

Reserving the trailer was very simple as well. Invoices were sent directly to my email. Clean up was very simple. Packed our stuff up cleaned up and headed out. The crew came to pick up the trailer. We only rented for two days at campland by the bay. It was a rainy day on our last stay. And the heater was out of propane. Which really sucked. Especially since we had babies with us. Unfortunately we couldn't refill our propane because it ran out at 11 at night. And the place to refill in the park was closed at 9. So we had to make the best of it and sleep in jackets and double sweat pants.
