Had to many issues with this tinting job. Had to go back to get the windshield redone and a week later it's already coming off at the bottom middle. Just called to get an appointment for Saturday and apparently they don't do removal and tint on weekends lol What a joke, it only takes 30 min max to remove old tint if you know what you're doing and another hour and a half max to tint two front windows and three smalls ones on a single cab truck. $190 for lifetime warranty is a decent price just don't agree with their no removal and tint on weekends that's a joke lmfao I'll do business somewhere they want my money and business. read more

I took my car in to have a dash mat applied. It turns out it was the wrong size. It was for a different vehicle. The owner told me which one to buy from the local auto parts store (I bought the first one online). Upon receipt of the new one, I showed up to have it installed. The owner told me he was too busy to do it that day which was odd, since he had no cars in the bay nor any in the parking lot. So I made an appointment for the next day. I returned the next day... After a short wait, he rolled in my car and did the install in minutes. It was good and I was satisfied but seeing it only took a few minutes, why he couldn't do that the day before was a mystery. I understand he might have had appointments I was unaware of that first day but I still felt a little slighted. As if I was a bother to him. The job was done to my satisfaction , quickly and inexpensive but the customer service left much to be desired. I will recommend this business to others for window tinting, speaker or stereo installation or any other service they offer because they did what no one else wanted to do. He actually saved me approximately $2000 since that's what the dealer offered to fix what Cutting Edge did for coffee money. Thanks! read more

These guys have done two of my vehicles now and have done a great job on both of them. Did the higher end ceramic tint option and it truly wasn't too terribly priced at all. They have got a nice enough waiting area with Direct TV to keep you entertained. It should be worth noting that both times I went in it was with the intention to make an appointment and bring the truck back at a later date and both times they were able to squeeze me in and get the job done in a short period of time with high quality results. This place would get a better rating if the owner wasn't such an asshole. Very rude when they had to replace my tint they messed up. They left for her prints in the tint and the was a piece of tint that didn't stick to the side doe. He told me it was my fault. I will make sure not to return. read more

Cutting Edge did a great job on my truck window tinting. They are recommended by Bacon Chevrolet, which is a testament in itself. They were easy to talk to and even replied to questions after the job was completed. Granger, one of the owners/partners, worked with my schedule and was very accommodating with changes with an adjustment to the appointment time and date.
