I was going here for well over 2 years and it was always a difficult task to get in and to make appointments ahead of time for the week. You have to make them two or three weeks ahead of time and I don't always know my schedule ahead of time. Saturday mornings worked best for me and he wouldn't give me those timeslots as I wasn't a "new customer". He saved those for the new customers. He kept my money also. I used to like coming there until it felt disrespectful of my time and a little bit creepy. A lot of arrogance with him and his scheduling and he is not accommodating to existing customers, and he certainly is not good at Customer Service. I absolutely would not give this person your money and I would run as fast as I can. Slimgivity is a great concept, you can find other areas in the cities that will accommodate the Red Light Therapy with the wrapping of your body the targets difficult spots that hold fat. I haven't been for a few years. I can finally write a review that is true and justified. Eric blocked me from all social media initially and immediately as he knew I was going to write a review. He still owes me $110 as he wouldn't reimburse me when I could not get in for appointments. I had pretty much had it with him and his lack of customer service and I told him exactly that. He would not give me my money back. Run as fast as you can from this business. He doesn't deserve your time or money.

Personal recommendation: join Planet Fitness, start by doing something, get active, and try to control what you eat and the volume of what you eat. Minimize snacking and prioritize protein.

He answered all of my questions and actually made me feel comfortable. He explained the procedure and how many 'shots' would be needed (6 total, 3 each side in my case) He was very meticulous in designing the treatment and even said to 'clench and feel these marbles as they will be gone'...right...ok... Needless to say - HE WAS RIGHT!. It's been 4 weeks now and what a difference! Yes, I will have a follow-up and may need another round to solidify the results, but WOW!
