Serge knew what the issue was and ordered the parts after our landlord approved the repair. Parts and Serge arrived 1/19 and ice maker was fixed! Very pleased with efficiency, politeness and speed. Our 2020 RV was stolen from this location in July 2024. Facility did not notify us even though they…read moredo a weekly space check. We discovered the theft in October. The on site manager was a nightmare. While waiting for the police to arrive she locked up the office and left out the back door without a word. The regional manager was helpful in the end. Anyone can drive through the "secure" gate. Just follow a car in or out. The day after our discovery the gate was wide open and NO management on site. Cameras are useless. The thieves used a Uhaul and hooked up to our vehicle with a chain and waltzed out of there. Put your own cameras and tracker inside your vehicle for extra security but definitely do NOT use this company.
