You would think for this being a pharmacy this place would be clean. I'm not even expecting spotless just decent. All the sanitizing wipes they have around the store are dry. The restroom was so nasty! I took my son and it had Piss ok the walls, no paper towels, soap or toilet paper! It couldn't have been cleaned in what looks like weeks! The pharmacist was very nice. They need to work on who is cleaning the store.

It's important to support local businesses during this COVID19 crisis and spread the word about those that are going the extra mile. 03/19/2020 I'm letting my YELP family know this CVS is open as well as their drive through pharmacy. Our recent prescription was for antibiotics for strep throat. It took CVS over 5 hours to fill it but we are living in the middle of a pandemic right now. Im grateful that their drive through pharmacy is open and they were able to fill my prescription at all. Thank you CVS I appreciate your generous service! read more

I have used this CVS pharmacy for over 6 years. The last two times I have been, one time to pick up a medication for me, the second time to pick up a medication for my son, the people they have working there are INCREDIBLY rude and condescending. I was asking questions about my insurance and ONE nice lady was trying to help while the actual pharmacist came over and was SO RUDE. The first time, it was one of the workers checking me out. These people do NOT understand, kindness or customer service. Bummed after 6 years I will be changing pharmacies. DO NOT use this CVS. read more

If you need something from the store right when they open, don't waste your time and go over to Walgreens. They're supposed to open at 8am (that is what their sign out front says) but they keep the doors locked. I've been waiting for 10 minutes for them to unlock the doors. read more

Now they have made it this horrible long experience just to get a covid test, you have to go in have blood pressure read , all of these horrible things. now it has been three hours and its still not posted to my account I will next time go to Walgreens or somewhere else if I need a covid test read more

I love this pharmacy! They will look for lower prices on your medications for you. One time, they even transferred my prescription to Walgreens so that I could pay less for it. The pharmacists are so nice as are the techs. Great pharmacy staff! read more

Last straw today. This place has made multiple mistakes with my sons medication over the last few years and today they didn't even care to own up to their mistake or help fix it. The service in this pharmacy is plain horrible with no compassion for their customers. read more

Absolute worst CVS in Allen. The place was torn up like it was robbed. There was make up or lipstick stains all over the carpet. There wasn't any employees except one man. He was very patient and very kind. Just such a lack of everything. A single man can't operate the store by himself. It was just a bad experience. Won't be back to that CVS ever again. The one up Main Street is bigger and nicer. read more

Red headed pharmacist is the most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever encountered in my life.My son has autism and needed his meds to function in school and instead of telling me if they have them in stock she proceeded to yell at me that she knew more than any doctor and refused to tell me if they had it in stock with out knowing the bottle size and went to school for 8 years and was practically a nurse practitioner among other choice unprofessional inappropriate words she choose to direct at me. I will never ever go back to this CVS or any other again. We have moved all our prescription (which my sons was $500 a month ) to Walmart. To many other pharmacies out there to put up with being treated like this. read more

I will never return. My son went to the emergency room because we thought he broke his wrist. We left the ER around 7:00 pm with a prescription for pain medication. When I got to CVS they told me they were not filling any new prescriptions tonight. These were not maintenance meds they were to relieve pain so he could sleep. Further, the pharmacy did not close for 2 more hours. I left and went next door to Walgreen, had the medication in 10 minutes. read more

Not really a fan of CVS - not sure why. But I have no choice with the work prescription policy for long term meds. The good side is that at least I have a prescription policy even if they make me pay more to get my generic (yes, you read that correctly) than what I paid elsewhere for the same generic. read more

I was surprised when i walked in. I don't expect much when running into grocery/drug stores but as soon as i walked in a guy (who appeared to be a manager) greeted me loud and with a huge smile and immediately started a conversation. He made me smile and laugh as soon as i walked in the door. It was totally unexpected and made a hot miserable day of moving a little better. read more

She did not know how to choose the annuity option for mega millions and said her manager is outside doing the grounds. I went to look for her and found her dumping boxes in the dumpster. I said excuse me could you help me with lotto tickets because the lady inside doesn't know how to do it? And the managers response was "yeah when I'm finished here". I thought that was a really rude response especially for a manager of the store when you have only one employee on a Saturday at noon running the register and doesn't know how to do the lotto machine with annuity payments. I walked back inside the store and now there were 5 people in line in front of me. I was just going to pay for my drink and leave. The manager came inside about 2 min later and hopped on a register and started helping checking people out. When I got to her I told her what I wanted and she completed my order. As I was walking out I heard her tell the other cashier not to ever send customers out to her when she is in the dumpster area. I do not know the managers name because she had no name tag on. The other cashier did not either. The manager was a thin white lady with brownish real curly hair. I do not think she was polite and did not have the customers best interest in mind. She rather throw away boxes then help customers and leave one girl on the register at peak hours. Also cashiers need to be trained on all aspects of the job and know how to do cash value and annuity options.
