I had a prescription for the new shingles vaccine. It's been hard to keep in stock, so I called and asked if they had it. The woman I spoke to said "No we dont"......OK, fine. Thanked her and hung up. Called another CVS in Anaheim and a very nice woman explained there was a waiting list and she would be happy to add my name. What a difference between stores. I don't understand why this store only has 3 stars, I've been coming here for years and I've never had a negative experience. This is one of the few places where I'm always greeted as I walk in and it's usually a very nice lady at the counter. Unlike most CVS stores I've been to in the last year or so, this one has a working coupon center. It sucks when the coupons do not print. They had all the items on my list, and it was relatively clean and neat, but my issue was with the clerk on duty. At first I had my headphones on and wasn't really paying attention, but his voice was creeping through and I turned my music off and listened to him speak brusquely to other customers. There were not many people around. When I was ready to check out, another employee was manning the register. One of my coupons on my app wouldn't go through. He shrugged and was all "oh well." I pulled my phone out and showed him the coupon on my phone and he still was shaking his head. "Could you maybe get the manager to help me?" I asked. He said he was the manager. After a bit he decided to override the price for me, something I appreciated because whenever something like this happens at CVS, they never do that. I always hear, "People get fired for that!" OMG. Anyway, I'm starting to rethink my loyalty to CVS. I do use coupons but I'm not one of those freaks with three carts and a giant binder full of coupons. I shop only for me and buy only what I need. I understand when clerks get upset when one customer takes half and hour to check out. Anyway, something has changed at CVS, and I'm getting tired of dealing with the overcharges and mishaps that are not my fault. Oh, and everytime I'm overcharged (it's happened to me about five times in the last month), they NEVER give me the item free like the guarantee taped to the counter says. NEVER. They should just take that down. They don't even apologize. Nuff said. read more

So today I tried the One Min Clinic from CVS. My doctor was booked and I didn't feel like paying 90 bucks for an urgent care visit for what I though was gallbladder issues, that I've been dealing with for a while now, on and off, very painful. The Nurse Practitioner was AMAZING, she gave a me full physical and took her time with me. Turns out it's just bad acid reflux. She sent me a prescription and had me on my way. Definitely didn't take a minute, but she was so great and detailed with me. Now I'm able to have meds for when I get these pains, and nausea. I highly recommend these One Min Clinics from CVS as oppose to Urgent Care, that charges an arm and a leg. Closet one is in Buena Park. But worth the drive. read more

My wife recently went here to try and get my medication because I'm bedridden from degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis and sciatica pain. The pharmacist here are judgmental and discriminate. He told her to come back tomorrow when the inventory comes in. So when my wife left, as she was still shopping around she overheard him tell another worker there, if she comes in again, don't give it to her..?!!! Talk about bad discrimination. This guy should have his license revoked and fired!! I have almost 24 hrs of agonizing pain daily and have my poor wife drive around everywhere to get me relief from this, and you have pharmacists that do this to us. Yes the pharmacist that was on duty February 5th, 2016 around 3pm at this CVS!! I will file a complaint to CVS corporate about this incident. read more

I give this pharmacy four stars for now. I have been going to CVS for all my life. I have had chronic asthma most my childhood and on and off now along other things. From my experience to the pharmacy in Anaheim on lincoln and state college and katella and euclid, the service sucks. Rude on the phone and not willing to help in store and mess ups on some prescription. When I called this CVS for a transfer of prescription and refill they were friendly and efficient. Just the way I like it. I was in and out. So far so good here. read more

I went to the Minute Clinic and was treated with better care than my primary doctor ever treated me. The nurse practitioner (Miriam) took her time and diagnosed me and had me on the mend in 24 hours! The price is right, the clinic was close and meds are ready fast. I was so pleasantly happy with the experience and will definitely go back! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS. Unbelievable customer service by GERRY. When we went in to take my daughter's passport picture, Gerry approached us and asked if we needed help. When we said we are here to take our daughter's passport photo, he shook his head and sighed. Then he told my 4 Year old daughter to stand on a stool and told me, no, ORDERED me stand behind her to hold her. When I told my daughter to smile, he yells "NO, DON'T SMILE" and scared her. That was it, I was getting upset. I asked for another person to help me because I was feeling uncomfortable with his "demeanor". I told him that he must not be having a good day and asked him not to ruin my day. He yelled again saying that he was "happy everyday" and walked out, brought carts from outside and slammed them into the store in front my 4 year old daughter. WHAT THE HELL????? You should be ashamed of your self, Gerry. Unacceptable customer service. Go work somewhere else. You are totally disgusting! read more

Store supervisor (( Robert )) is very rude and mean, he doesn't know how to talk to people and he doesn't have any customer services skill to be a Casher not a supervisor, I was trying to return an arm support item that I bought 9 days ago for my wife because it wasn't the brand she wanted, the box wasn't even open and it was in its original condition but I didn't have the receipt, who's gonna keep a 3 feet long receipt but I had the credit card I bought it with and I also used my phone number for my CVS account and he still didn't wanna return it or even try to use my CVS account or the CC to look it up and what's actually drove me insane That he scanned it when I was there and he told me that's expensive item ""$24.99" we cannot return it if it was a cheap item we could've returned it without a receipt, we buy all of our medications from CVS I have been customers for years but not that branch though I'm taking my business somewhere else to any pharmacy that respect their customers and know how to treat people right. read more

The absolute worst service in the pharmacy the techs were preoccupied doing nothing! I waited at the counter to drop off my prescription and waited while the tech continued to stare at the computer. She finally took my prescription and said the doctor wrote it for the wrong medication. She ran the paper through some machine and said "it went through" She told me to wait 20 minutes and it would be ready. After waiting the pharmacist said he couldn't fill it and the urgent care was closed. It was 8:04 pm and the urgent care closed at 8:00 pm. Wow! There were three people behind the counter and none of them could handle this issue. I will never use this pharmacy again! read more

I have to give a shoutout to my trusty pharmacy! I've been with this company for years now and they never disappoint when it comes to picking up my medications. I am writing this review for the MINUTE CLINIC. I come to this Minute Clinic to get all my necessary vaccinations, and each time I go, I have an awesome experience. The staff is always kind and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I came in today to obtain my immunization records for school and the nurse practitioner was so accommodating. I mentioned that I wasn't sure if I had the tdap vaccine done with them before and she looked it up for me, with no problem. Seems simple and normal right? But you would be surprised at how many people and places act like it is such a burden to look up old documents for you. I asked her to administer the tdap vaccine since I haven't gotten it yet and would need it for school, and she was amazing. She was confident and it was honestly the best shot I ever got... And I absolutely hate shots! I've heard people mention before that they get shots and they don't feel a thing, but I thought it was just a myth, or that they are just brave human beings. But I swear Nurse Practitioner Eiman Naguib is amazing! I did not feel the slightest bit of pain. I mean she warned me that my arm would be sore tomorrow, but that's the norm of getting a tdap, and I don't mind that too much (as long as the shot itself doesn't make me feel like I got stabbed with a pen lol). I'm so happy with my experience at the minute clinic! read more

This store used to be so good to me. I would shop here at least once a week but I will never shop here again. I brought up my items an the cashier wouldn't take my coupon even though the expectation date was for that day. I asked to speak to the manager and found out she was the new Store Manager. She was Sooo unprofessional the way she spoke to me that I had to leave right then! I will never go back to this store unless a serious change in management is made! read more
