Monday, 1:40pm, January 19, 2026, pharmacy is closed. There is a "pharmacy hours" sign that says they are open from 7:00am-10:00pm. Last I checked, 1:40pm falls during these posted hours. I keep getting texts(before and since I went in) from CVS that my Rxs are ready. GREAT!!! HOW CAN I PICK THEM UP??!! There was just a huge gate closed over the entire pharmacy area in the store. Seriously, I just wanted to thank CVS for wasting my time. I took time out of my ONE day off this week to go get my meds, and nothing. So, thanks for nothing, on top of wasting my day off. When your out of meds that you absolutely cannot go without, and you realize it's Friday evening and they tell you they will call for your refill on Monday and this place won't even give you a few so you can at least make it through the weekend! I've had many other problems from this pharmacy as well. My doctor will call in prescriptions that I absolutely need and this place will not refill it because they say I can buy it over the counter. I don't have money to buy all these medications over the counter, that is why my doctor prescribes them for me, but this place will not honor the prescription. So I have to suffer until my antibiotics take effect! This place has done this same thing to my son to where he had reactions from going off of his medications suddenly due to them not keeping up with the refills or at least give him a few so that he can get through until we make a doctor appointment. I don't know why it takes 30 minutes to fill a prescription that you have in stock. Pharmacy lunch hours are not posted anywhere near the pharmacy. I had to ask somebody at the checkout at the front to find out when the pharmacy was actually open. read more

went through the drive thru to pick up an OTC infants Tylenol medication... I have done this before because with multiple little ones getting in and out of the car and going into places (especially when they aren't feeling well) is difficult. They have a sign at the drive thru that says they can do this for you. I wait in line for 15 minutes and get to the window to be told they cant help me. I pointed to the sign and she proceeded to get an attitude and tell me they cannot help me today. they are too busy and not enough staff.... why have a sign that says you can then? no apology- just walked away. I drove extra to come to this location because the drive thru would have been so convenient- I will not be returning. don't waste your time. read more

Updating my review. I like shopping the deals. The Customer Service people are very friendly and have become flexible now when the register will not price correctly or give credit for valid cvs digital coupons. I went into the CVS to get a small item and I went to the pharmacy and they had an amazing crew they seem to work together like some type of superhero team. Bobbi (i.e.) was super engaging she's the explorers that became a drug dealer so she can help you in many different ways. Most of the time when you go to a pharmacy it's very rare that you you get great interaction but these people seem to really care about their customers. Brian seems to be very aware of his surroundings. And very detail-oriented. You can see that Ashley has great work ethic. She seems to be able to handle high-pressure interaction and you can tell that Sidney always smiles even if she's having a bad day. Sam's to try to put a good face for the business. WARNING: Pharmacy drive thru attendant tried to keep/steal my debit card out of spite, after I explained to her that other CVS and even Walgreens locations did a better job at explaining prescriptions and providing customer care and service than she was doing. She was visibly high and/or intoxicated and I am concerned about the lack of knowledge and professionalism from the entire staff. As she tried to keep my card and possibly wrote down my information, I may now have to file a police report. It is unfortunate that the pharmacy is so bad as the front of store staff and shift manager Kayla were really trying their best. The shift manager reviewed the camera and saw the young women hide my card under a clipboard and deny that she had it. The shift manager then was able to retrieve the card and spoke with the pharmacy attendant, but I think more action is necessary. She should be fired. The pharmacist was also rude and another pharmacy worker walked up and yelled that he "had no idea if he was working the next day or not." I'll be praying for everyone in there. They need help and I hope their carelessness does not cause any harm to others. read more

I wish my insurance paid better at other pharmacy because I would be gone! I have had so many problems with them it would take pages to explain! I literally can not stand going there to get my prescriptions that is if they even have them if they are actually ready and then God forbid you actually have an issue they are of ZERO help and if they royally screw up which they do you all the time! Don't use this pharmacy. My 82 year old mother went here. The lazy pharmacist who was working the evening of Saturday, August 15, 2020 tried to overcharge her by almost $100 (a lot of money if you are on a fixed income) and not take her insurance. Plus he lied. I am going to try to make a long story short. My mom phoned me from the parking lot practically in tears. She paid $145 in cash which was much more than what it normally cost. I am trying to get her away from paying cash but she is old school. She questioned them and said she would call her insurance. That's when they gave her her money back (all but $5) and told her to go around through the drive through again because there were other customers. She phoned me practically in tears and didn't know what to do. The line was so long. He was basically bullying her. When I called, the pharmacist was rude, lied and said they didn't take any money from her. He was laughing like it was a joke. She went back through the line with me on the phone so I could hear everything. This time they gave her the medicine that they ran through her insurance (much less $$) and finally gave her back the rest of her money (remember, he told me he never took any $$). Shady and unethical people. Don't go here. Scary that they take advantage of the elderly like this. read more

The only problem that I've is when you call the McMillian store by the University of Cincinnati to refill your prescription expect to be on hold for 25mins to talk to someone , there will be 5-6 people working in the store. I've been coming here my entire life. After today I'll never be back. I understand mistakes happen but they made the same mistake 4 times in a row, wasted two hours of my day, and then when I confront them about it they went off on me a little bit and about how I need to call my insurance when I already had. They called the wrong insurance company 4 times then the 5th time she didn't ever call me back and just told me to call them again. I'll never be back. Never been so upset at a store. DONT GET TESTED FOR COVID HERE!! It's trash the system messed up and didn't put my address in and they said because of that I couldn't get tested. They don't even know how to work their own system to fix it and made me leave. Don't go here for anything. read more

Said prescription would take 10 minutes to fill and it ended up taking an hour. Wouldn't of been mad if they would've told me it would take an hour, but lying about time is really shitty. Not many customers at store but tons of employees, so I have no idea why it takes so long. read more

It took this location 5 months, and 9 phone calls before they stopped filling a script that my doctor took me off of. And dont even bother with the automatic refill, it won't be ready when you come to pick it up. You are better off calling ahead to make sure they start filling your scripts before you leave the house. read more

This is one of the best CVS stores I have ever visited. Wide selection on product and the coupons are VERY easy to use as long as you are not trying to manipulate the system. I've seen many people complain about how the coupons work and honestly if you're shopping in that store then you have agreed to adhere to their policies. The staff is very friendly and always helpful when it comes to figuring out why something isn't working. If my coupons are valid but just won't come off, they adjust it without question. The manager Mitch seems very knowledgeable and I often overhear the staff talking about how much they enjoy working for their boss! I also love the remodel as the store seems much cleaner now and the aisle markers make it very clear where you can find the items you need. If you can't find something the staff is always ready to help! Basically what I'm saying CVS is a great place to shop and save money, the reviews that say they aren't just seem to be from people who feel too entitled in a drug store. read more

I go to this pharmacy when my doc has prescribed a very short term med, or one that we are trying to get the dosage right on, before we start ordering long term from my mail order pharmacy. (My company requires it after 3 refills, or outrageous costs are incurred.) Also, found out by asking today they don't have access to my mail order, so they will not know if you have an interaction with your current meds or not, and said it was up to the doctor prescribing. The wait in the drive thru used to not be as bad as it is nowadays. I cringe when there are 3 or more cars in front of me. There were 3 in front of me today, (originally 4, but one pulled away out of line). Took well over 20 minutes at least til I could get my prescription, and I had dropped it off for fill at 8:20 am. Mind you I tried at 7:40 am, but they are not a 24 hour pharmacy anymore as of 3 weeks ago, and I planned on dropping it off, going and having blood work done, then picking it back up. I said I would be there after 12 noon when I dropped it off at 8:20 am. I saw at least 3 cars that pulled in behind me that gave up, and got out of line and pulled away. I personally left enough room to pull out of line in case my impatience got the better of me. The car that took at least 10 minutes of our time was handed a CVS bag full of items (?) Now I don't know if the lady that handles the prescriptions at the window is new, but it seemed like it took her at least 5 minutes just to find my prescription. Then I had a question to ask the pharmacist, and she said it would be a minute, because he was on the phone, There are 2 other pharmacies within stones throw of this one that have drive through windows. Don't know if they are 24 hour ones or not, but CVS's new hours are not going to be conducive to working people that have to drop off scripts on their way to work early in the morning, (don't open now til 8 am), or to those that maybe have a Late night ER visit, or a visit to an urgent care and don't leave it til after 8 pm on a Saturday or Sunday. The pharmacist was very nice and knowledgeable. I just felt bad taking up anymore of the people's time in line behind me to ask him my question. The wait is so bad every time I go there now, I wonder if the lady at the window is telling people to pull around that are dropping off, and telling them it will be 20 minutes to have it filled, so other people that are picking up don't have to wait. read more

Absolutely disgusted with the managerial decisions at this location. I was in this evening to fill a prescription for my 4 year old son, who suffered a very serious head injury after a fall last night, and is at risk for infection. I was told it would be around 20 minutes. I waited nearly an hour and still it was not ready. Around that time a major storm began, with blinding rain, gusting winds, and hail. The store lost electricity. At which point, THEY KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE, and out INTO THE STORM. I had left my car on the other side of the shopping plaza as I had multiple errands to run in walking distance. I was forced to wait in the parking lot, being pelted by rain and hail and gusts of wind, in a VIOLENT storm, praying I did not get struck by lightning. Absolutely, the WORST treatment I have EVER received from an establishment in my entire 40 years on this planet. After being up all night in the emergency room with my son, and there to purchase vital medication for him, to be treated so completely inhumanely- I am flabbergasted. Something is seriously wrong with whomever it is who made this call, to kick people out into a potentially life threatening situation over some B.S. policy. The only redeeming quality was the gentleman at the pharmacy desk when I was finally able to back in, soaked to the bone, when the lights came on. He was actually helpful and empathetic, in stark contrast to his management. They have not heard the last of me. read more

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I always have excellent customer service here, the techs are very nice. Most of them young and chipper! It is a busy store, so expect a wait. They're not perfect by any means, I did have one issue last month with a script but they were very accommodating, apologetic, and professional about it.
