The rolls look amazing.... unfortunately, looks can be deceiving. They weren't bad, but they are nothing special. If you are around the area I would get them but I would never go out of my way to get them.

If you haven't experienced The Roll yet, you're truly missing out. They craft exquisite cinnamon rolls that are irresistibly soft and airy, with an aroma that beckons from afar. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, making every visit a delight. I highly recommend indulging in the blueberry-lemon and pistachio flavors--they are nothing short of sublime.

Here at the roll, you get about six choices that range from $4.75 to$6.75. Some options include sugar glaze, blueberry, cinnamon roll, chocolate cinnamon roll, and pecan, pistachio. If you're not gonna get there at 8:45 and willing to stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes, please do not come. They do sell coffee and Matcha however I did not try that usually these places niche are the bakery items and not the coffee. So try your at own risk and maybe let me know. The cinnamon rolls are served pretty warm. They travel well they give them to you in A to go box. I wasn't given a bag however two cinnamon rolls seem to fit well in a box. You definitely have to pre-plan because of parking it is downtown but if you go on a Sunday, luckily you don't have to pay the park at 2 PM. Lastly ambience wise it is a small space but once you get there to order your in and out. Be careful because the line could wrap around the corner quickly. This isn't something I would frequent weekly but go with friends to try a few and support local business.

You must try The Roll! The flavor varieties were exactly what we were looking for and the light, fluffy texture left you feeling satisfied and not in a sugar coma! Grab a coffee too! The staff were fast and friendly. Don't be intimated by the line, it goes quick and is worth it!

This place is heaven!…read more I am not the biggest donut person so I love a place that has donuts and baked goods alike! This place doesn't disappoint - there is so much to choose from and the options rotate daily ! I personally love the blueberry fritters - They are huge and layers of blueberry yet they are only 3 bucks (that's so cheap). The strawberry cheese pastry was also delicious and flaky. The only thing I ordered that I wasn't a huge fan of was the pretzel - it was big and the price was right but it didn't taste better than a wawa pretzel twist. The donuts also come warm since the case seems to be a warming case which is a nice touch. The workers are so nice and they will explain every flavor to you if needed since there are no labels. The place is small and so is the parking lot.

I went late on a Sunday morning and the small parking lot next door was full. There was a short line in the small shop ahead of me and some of the best sellers were sold out. The person who helped me answered all my questions and I enjoyed everything I tried, including a small cinnamon roll-like pastry and palmier. Best of all, I bought 3 items and the total was less than $6! I look forward to coming again to try more.

The owner brings that same dedication to every customer interaction, he remembers your face, greets you with a genuine smile, and often invites you to try something new. Overall it was a bit overfilled so it was very messy and hard to eat. I could have done without the hidden coconut shavings inside. KIMCHI & EGG CROISSANT 5 I had this one for breakfast. I warmed it in my air fryer for 6 minutes on 330 so it didn't overcook. The croissant was flaky and delicious, and the kimchi added good flavor without being spicy. I would have liked to see a little more mozzarella but overall it was tasty! SOBACHA CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE 4 Also tasty, oversized cookie. Soft and chewy texture. CINNAMON ALMOND BLUEBERRY TOAST (THURSDAY/FRIDAY ONLY) 5.25 Very good. The cinnamon filling reminded me of a brown sugar pop tart. I warmed it in my air fryer and it was perfect. Would order again. It is loaded with pecans, sticky in the best way, and easily one of the best in the city. When they're on, they're really on. One thing I noticed was that the setup could use a little refinement. With both coffee and bakery items coming from the same counter, the line gets congested fast and the shop is quite small. A separate line for coffee and tea offerings - they have a bunch - and pastries would make the experience smoother and match the quality of what they're serving. They do offer vegan options, which I personally have no interest in, but just an fyi. Overall, they deliver excellent pastries and has the potential to be even better with a few small tweaks to the flow and menu variety. Still absolutely worth a visit, especially for that croissant and pecan roll.
