Used Online Pickup option, checked in properly- This is what I went through to get a $9 item, purchased using the online pickup option: -20 minutes waiting at pickup parking spot #22. Where's my item? (no communication, no item delivery) -2 phone calls to pickup representative. Where's my item? (call answered, but no explanation given) -12 minutes in store, waiting to speak to a store manager/"coach." Where's my item? ...excuses-we lost your item, your item was cracked, I was at lunch, no responded to a call for "manager needed at customer service'" - 4 more minutes waiting for item to be brought to me in the store. And retail stores wonder why people have abandoned them for online options such as Amazon. Hmmm... -availability -dependability -LESS TIME -LESS STRESS -not gasoline/travel costs read more

What is the deal -now they have a 15 item limit on self serve check out? At the same time they have only one checker on the full service line. Walmart forced us for a couple of years to do self service and now this change. Makes grocery shopping a real pain. I guess back to King Soopers. I shop here at least once a week. Shelves are missing price labels or are mislabeled. Personal shoppers walk around like robots and look angry if you even try to approach them. There is one nice young man who I neglected to get his name that is always friendly and goes above and beyond. The only description is that he's African American and has a permanent smile. Today really made me angry. I was in the produce department and another customer warned me about stepping in dog shit right in front of me. I reported it to someone in the deli and he told me to report it to someone else who was already on the floor. That person walked around it 3 times. I walked passed after an hour to go to checkout and the shit was still there. There were several employees who walked passed it even after it was smeared across the floor. It was a disgusting experience especially since employees ignored the health implications. read more

Walmart + delivery service & shipping Use a lot of Caution, you place your order, they take the money and if you are lucky you might get part of the items you paid for. Or you could receive nothing. Several recent order I received the Notifications that the order was delivered to my door. Go to bring the order in 2- 3 Minutes after drop off. And nothing is there. They use 3rd party delivery service and they leave the order at the wrong address. Then you have to wait at least 10+ days to get a refund. If you ate Disabled And unable to get to a store You're simply out of luck to get either Groceries delivered or or items shipped to you. Use several other delivery services for groceries and goods.And they seem to find my address fine and read the instructions of the location of my unit. read more

Hey everyone BRING YOUR DOGS TO THIS WALMART WHEN YOU GO OUT! In recent months, I see no fewer than 1 to 3 dogs almost every time I come to this Walmart. Today I decided to ask management about it, as I walked in, right past the front door employee, and right after a mangy guy with his mangy looking mutt, because it seems to be pretty excessive here. Now, I love dogs, don't get me wrong. I take my dogs almost everywhere that it's possible to take them, but in my grocery store? There is a reason that there are health laws. You know what I don't love? I don't love watching a little Chihuahua peeing on every corner in the produce department while store employees hang around and chat. Never mind the signs posted that unless they are service dogs, they are not allowed in the store. Well, I have good news! FORGET THOSE SIGNS! Every other store in the universe seems to be able to manage this, but here at the Woodmen Walmart the somewhat belligerent customer service person at the front desk (and her manager, who said nothing but shrugged at me), told me that she knew the laws and her rights, since she has a service dog herself (She must only need assistance from her service dog when she's NOT working) and employees are NOT ALLOWED to ask whether the dog is a service dog or not! GREAT NEWS FOR ALL DOG OWNERS! GO FOR IT! They won't stop you! This Walmart is VERY dog friendly! read more

Absolutely the worst store I have been in. The So called customer sales representatives are anything but. I feel they think they are doing you a favor by helping. The black guy in or around the electronics section wearing the big Parka hat is so disrectful I will not be returning. It's a shame and down right sickening I even had to deal With him to buy a $400 dollar item. I use to work here as a stocker and I was wrongfully terminated by Margie , Maria, Belinda, Phil, Josh, and Karinica. I was treated unfairly because I'm neurodivergent and also of color. They would cut my hours then they gave me too many hours and would put me by myself or purposely put me with someone who didn't speak any English that did not know what he was doing and I had to keep stopping to help him then I got in trouble for my work it being done due to having to help him. Very hostile work environment very dirty . I was constantly sick working here but you're not allowed to use your paid time off or protected paid time or even your vacation . They gave me attendance points for using it when I really needed it. They forced me to still work even though I was diagnosed with chlamydia while working here and hsv2 as well, I was always having to cancel my doctor appointments and the insurance sucks. The managers are horrible and racist and also claim to want to hire foreign people thinking they will get the job done but didn't properly train them and made me have to do it when that isn't even in my job description. They made me work even harder when I was so sick and I couldn't afford to quit because I'm a single mom. They all constantly bullied me and pulled me into the office and were "write up happy" for no reason they would ask me questions then not allow me to speak for myself. I didn't want to quit despite everything they did. And so they all orchestrated a plan to find a way to terminate me . On top of that I was written up for coming to work smelling like pot when I had my red card for medical reasons yet other people did it and did not get in trouble . I also learned from a source that shall remain nameless that the manager Angela Macias smokes weed in her car which is the same one who got on my case for it . Phil is the one who incited drama by taking an item I had already taken back to damage out at the return station and putting it on a cart and making me take it back there again. When I did, there was this rude snarky lady that worked back there and she was rude and shooed me away and told me to work somewhere else and would not even allow me to get a pen and sheet and tape that I needed to fill it out . When I stood up for myself after she raised her voice at me and tried to argue with me , I was pulled into the office and fired and Phil had nothing to say for himself. I didn't even get my check right away and was rushed off the property when I had to wait for my dad to come get me. Margie shoved me in the back and pushed me out the store but did not give me my check then when I got home she tried to call me to beg me to come back out of desperation. My mother came up there with me the following day so I could try to get my check from them and they attempted to withhold it from me. We stood out there and waited for over an hour and 45 minutes and the managers acted dumb like they didn't know where my check was . Margie hid it with malicious intent to keep my money from me . I am pretty sure she embezzled off my unemployment too because I didn't even get unemployment it said an account was already made . They forced me to be a janitor and humiliated me in front of all the other employees. They made one baler for plastic and one for cardboard. I was expected to know how to make a bale by myself and I didn't. Someone also stole the battery to my expensive blender cup I brought myself with my birthday money so I couldn't even use the cup anymore. It's not even space and too much cardboard and plastic trash to only have one receptacle for each. There was COVID going around the store and I was the only one who wore a mask and eventually I stopped wearing one because it was too hot I couldn't breathe. I was also told I wasn't allowed to sing while I worked even though it is one of my stimming excersizes but I always heard Angela singing opera loud. The shelves are always filthy dirty and dusty. It's a ghetto store and really unsanitary and should be shut down. Don't work here. I also saw Margie with herpes sores around her mouth too and she kissed my cheek and made me uncomfortable as there was often unwanted hugging. She was so fake pretending to be nice to me and then when she got me alone in her office she was mean to me and didn't let me speak for myself. read more

this is my third ranked Walmart in the springs (Monument #1, Razorback #2) and usually drop in this one if its convenient. Generally have everything I need etc. Seems a bit harder to find someone if you have a question, but usually seems well staffed. this one seems less clean and the parking lot is a bit messier than the others. The grocery pickup people are terrible. Some throw stuff into your vehicle. Others stop helping you before loading groceries to help some else. When you complain, you get an evil, hateful look. AVOID this store. Oh, and there's no way to complain as the managers are never there, the 800 complaint number hangs up on you, and the complaint QR code goes to the main website. I guess that they get so many complaints that they try to avoid them. read more

The self serve registers have all been closed. The thieves won! Instead of apprehending the people who steal things and turn them over to the authorities, they inconvenience their paying customers. Even at 9:00 a.m., there are several people in every line with a cashier. Also, their perimeter road is full of BIG potholes that are difficult to avoid. Like gas stations, fast food places etc. Walmart's tend to be the hardest places to review just because the experience can vary so much depending on what you are there for, who's on the staff, how stocked the shelves are at a given time, and of course let's not forget how Karma is treating you on a given day. I know times are tough now and hard to get good help, but tired of being over charged at this Walmart . Prices that rang up on register were not the same as prices marked on the shelf. Customer service was closed, so I couldnt get a price adjustment of several dollars. Was told to come back tomorrow, no apology or anything. I guess they think I have nothing better to do. I came by here to toss my plastic bags into their plastic bag recycling, and I grabbed two bags of Gardetto's snacks as well. This Walmart is like any other one - I went in, got what I wanted, self checked out, and left. Prices are like any other one, it's also organized like any other Walmart. Infuriating that when you order for pick up they will give you items that expire in a couple of days. They make sure to give all of the things that are about to expire to the online orders. No way will you get the freshest food if you order for pick up. Mushy tomatoes, stale bread. Bakery items expire in two days. Also, about 60% of the time they say they are out of something, if you go in the store it will be there. They don't even email or text me when my order is ready like they did when this order pickup service first started. read more

I recently bought a loaf of Oroweat Dark Rye bread there. There were several quality issues with the loaf which I let Oroweat know about, but in doing so, it came up this loaf was sold past its best by date. Geez, now I am going to have to check the best by dates when I buy bread there. This is most likely a vendor issue (the Oroweat vendor that stocks the shelves), but just be aware. One other thing I wanted to mention. In the past few weeks, they seem to have hired a lot of young females. The problem is, I never see them do any work. They just wander about the store in groups of two or three, usually with drinks in hand, bitching and gossiping (probably about how no one does any work). They should line them all up and fire every other one. read more

This review is for the pharmacy, who called me after getting a script from our pediatrician to help me find a quick solution for my daughter's sinus infection, really going out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They then stayed open a few minutes longer than they were scheduled to allow me to pick up an antibiotic for my daughter. The pharmacist and the rest of the staff were so kind and caring! I know that everyone in the medical industry is overworked right now. It meant so much to my family that we were able to start my daughter on medicine last night instead of having to wait until this morning at the earliest. This reminds me of what pharmacies used to be like back when I was a kid and teenager in a smaller town - these people actually care about you and your kids! read more

Knew that often a anti theft device is included but the system didn't alert staff to come over to remove. Figured that meant I was ok. Wrong The staff was kind but sent me back to the self checkout station staff-- with no apology when I complained about no notice of this policy. At the station the staff went about her business without a word - and no apology for inconveniencing me for having to return - I made the same complaints Walmart has been trending down in customer service . Had everything I wanted; had to return something at customer service--clearly the guy was having a bad day-I'm sure it was my fault /sarc Upon leaving--apparently because of the rampant theft--they check receipts. I mistakenly pulled my return receipt instead of the receipt from that day and as I fumbled to find the receipt, he called to a woman behind him to call security. Kid you not. Just nasty, no sense of humor. I found my receipt and lightly mocked the security call and by the guy's expression, I thought he was going to punch me. today me and my boyfriend, casual teenagers went outside to take instagram pictures. this ginger lady with a black walmart outfit on walked out before accusing us of taking illegal pictures. she was highly discriminatory with us with her tone and after calling and it being clarified that we were allowed to take pictures, i highly recommend being careful with who you are being kind to. it's really hard to find good people now a days and it's sad that she couldn't hold her own tongue for a simple teenager activity. read more

This place just gets worse and worse, I paid the yearly delivery charge only to have drivers place things (like eggs) where they have gotten broken, rotting vegetables, the tops looks ok but underneath rotten and white fuzz and now no-show delivery drivers, unbelievable! And I tried to call the store after contacting online chat and of course no one picks up the phone and my refund will be in 7 DAYS!. Sorry Walmart, your no service service STINKS! Definitely my favorite WalMart location in the Springs. Cleaner than Platte and easier to get in and out of than the one on Razorback. This location is not quite as busy (usually) as the Palmer Park store which makes this location my pick for ease of use alone. I mean if you "have to go to Wal Mart", go here. read more

Staff is always friendly!! Store is always neat and clean. Went in to get an infinity avenger pack and saw it was $74.49 thought to myself I'll just go to toys r us (since it was 54.99 there but wanted to see if Walmart maybe cheaper) BUT decided to check Walmart online before leaving the store and it was 49.99. Went up to a cashier and asked if they could do anything about the price and sure enough they priced match and took it down to $49.99 without hassle. Truly enjoy this walmart. read more

Avoid the pharmacy at this location. They have completely messed up our prescriptions on several different occasions. At one point they tried charging me for a medication they didn't even put in the bag because it was kept in the fridge and she 'forgot' it. Luckily I caught it before I left the parking lot because when I came back in she said she wouldn't have been allowed to give it to me otherwise. Also, just ridiculously bad customer service overall. Even my doctors office suggested we choose a different pharmacy. Trust me, go elsewhere for medications. Even if you have to pay a little more at least you won't have to deal with incompetence. read more

I use the auto center here for all my oil changes , I recently purchased a set of tires form wal mart . Unfortunately I have had several issues with my tires. Last week I had an oil change and it took 2 hours causing me to be late to a meeting . Today I am having a new tire put on and the rest rotated and balanced . . . I have no been here for 128 minutes and the technician seems to be moving slowly on purpose . read more
