This pharmacy is the WORST! There is no drive thru, you must go inside, there WILL be a line w/ at least a 20 minute wait (on a good day)! There is no way to speak to someone you have to leave a vm- even medical providers! This is a top down issue - this has been going on and getting worse for YEARS!! The rotating door of employees speaks for itself and CVS corp has no intention of doing anything to improve the situation otherwise positive changes would be seen overtime and they only get worse and worse!! read more

I filled several prescriptions one of which needed a prior authorization. I was able to coordinate between the provider and my insurance for that. I was called by the pharmacy to say it was ready and they would refund the amount I paid out of pocket the day before. Before I went to the pharmacy the next day to pick it up, I called to make sure it and another RX was ready. After waiting on hold for 21 MINUTES, no one knew anything nor could they find the RX-they kept telling me I already picked it up. I. In the meantime I drove there and I had to suggest they "look around" because someone there called ME to tell me it was approved and to come get it. They finally found it on a counter by the pharmacist. I was trying to be as efficient and quick as possible because I had left home alone my husband who had just had a major heart attack. read more

I just started taking testosterone to make up for a deficiency caused by diabetes. I picked up my first doses today at CVS. I asked for the pharmacist to give me my first shot, and that after that I have visits to my doctor scheduled every two weeks. These people give flu shots. Covid shots. Shingles shots. Even more. But they told me no. I guess if they're not getting a government check for stabbing a needle into someone, they're not going to do it. I'm very annoyed, because I'm about to Google how to give myself a shot. Is that safe? Doesn't seem like it to me. But thanks to CVS, that's where I am at right now. Honestly, I'd change pharmacies, but they all are terrible. Sad. read more

I have never had prescriptions sent here before. And I now know the reason.... I will NEVER get a prescription filled here. Two days on hold for over 1hr .... They never even answered. I went there and couldn't get prescription filled... said it will be ready whenever. I called the second day still no answer ... on hold for 1 1/2 still never answered. Called front service desk.... Not nice customer service. Advice!!!!! Stay way from this CVS ..... 4 people ahead of me when I showed up never got there prescription and got the same response as me. I realize businesses can be short staffed, but either transfer it to another CVS that can help us or get it handled. You don't have to have bad customer service when we are willing to spend money at your store.. I called my doctor to have my prescriptions transferred to a Walgreens that I love. This CVS store is terrible: after standing in line fir 30 minutes, reaching to be third in line, a staff member came out and pull their steel curtain across, thereby closing the pharmacy's counter for their 30 minute lunch! I was so pissed! Around 12 customer, left in line, had to bail out and come back, maybe. there were an equal amount of staff people within the pharmacy! how stupid!!! Six staff could have kept the counter open, while six went to lunch, but no! CVS Management closes and screws everyone that were there waiting in line!!! This is the exact formula for ruining a business and loyal patron!!! I'm looking elsewhere now for another pharmacy provider. LKL read more

Really nice CVS. This location is around a year old. A bit odd to get to it from Woodmen but worth the u-turn :) The store is bright and clean and staff helpful. Today was a bit odd for us with a bit of confusion on a Chili's Gift Card promotion and how it works. Sadly, the manager wasn't as knowledgeable about the process as I would have thought. Then my receipt showed we didn't qualify for the promotion. This is only known after the purchase is completed and is non-refundable. The manager did give us the number to corporate customer service so that we could follow-up, which we did and everything turned out well. So, a bit odd today at CVS but it won't stop us from coming back. Nice store. read more

Terrible attention to clients waiting. There was one rep helping a line of 15 people, while 4 others did other tasks. I could tell he was doing his best and apologized to each person but the actual Pharmacist was frazzled and irritated which was clear both physically and verbally. Not a professional management staff. Just a paycheck and not care for patients thanks come in. Phone rang with no answer the entire time I waited.. some customers gave up and walked out. The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been associated with. The worst pharmacist and leader out there she has no conscience for individuals in pain. Dropped of prescription when they opened came back 4 hours later just to find out they haven't even entered it into there system. Then waited in there sitting area another 2 hours. Absolutely no apology or even a grain of consideration. As I was waiting in there sitting area every other person had an issue with there scrip being filled or even entered into there system. What a garbage store. 2 people in line and they shut down pharmacy so they can take a join lunch break. Then finally when they come back, they take the prescription and say come back in 2 hours. Drive thru says wait maybe 30 minutes or more due to Covid testing and short staff. What they don't tell you is that they will not help the drive thru if there is a line the store. So when I finally got to the window they told me to go inside. I go in the store there isn't a line! I walked right up to the counter and was helped immediately. They had three staff and they couldn't put one at the window. I suggested to them if they weren't going to help the drive thru then put a sign out saying so instead of a possible wait of 30 minutes or more. Basically I waited 25 minutes outside to be told to go inside. I could have saved a lot of time if they told me that in the first place. This place is bad. read more

Can't even pick up prescriptions at drive through outside so have to stand in line sick. Usually 4 people working and one person who will occasionally stop to help a customer get their prescription. The service at the pharmacy is abysmal and slow. The pharmacist took 45 minutes to deal with one customer. Kept recommending different things such as let me give you a booster. This caused us to have to wait for 45 minutes to pick up a single already filled prescription. And the people in the drive in were not even helped. read more

Instead of checking me out, the worker ushered me toward the self checkout. There was three workers on the floor. Didn't give me an option to wait in line for the cashier. It's not a big deal but don't force people to use self checkout if they don't care to. There was only another customer and I waiting to be checked out. Two other customers and I stood in line in front of empty registers for approximately 10 mins today. One of the customers eventually had to go over to the open office door and ask for someone to help us. There's no reason that we should have all gone unnoticed for that long. On top of that, the cashier in response was very nonchalant about everything, and the card machine did not work the first 3 times. Super fun experience. Lol. The head pharmacist (Joel) called a doctor and cancelled my prescription. Didn't call me or my primary care physician to confirm the medication would work fine with no pharmacological contraindications and was prescribed correctly and just canceled a medication I really needed in a time of pain. DONOT GO TO THIS Pharmacy. Trust me it will save you the head ache. The head pharmacist thinks he's a doctor, arrogant, and disrespectful. Go to any other pharmacy, Trust Me!!! read more

Every prescription is a battle. The lines, the fact the Drive Thru is not open, but you have to drive up to the window to discover this. Pharmacy technicians are downright mean. It is painful to stand in line and listen to how they speak to customers. The only good part is the friends I've made while in line. We are all warriors in this battle for our health care. The last time I was in; there was one person ahead of me. Out of nowhere the technician left the woman she was helping to run over to the Pharmicist, who was outside the counter, assisting a delivery driver to access a big metal box with medications bottles inside. All of us waited in line while the technician exclaimed, "I've been wanting to learn how to do this!" She stood behind the pharmacist while she was being trained. That Pharmacist knew the tech left her customer and others in line, but she did nothing. The other techs behind the counter ignored us, too. The woman in front of me turned around to apologize. All she needed was to pay for her meds which were just left beyond her reach at the counter. Folks, you can't make this stuff up. Two weeks later, when my doctor prescribed new meds I told her to send them through Express Scripts. I'd rather wait 5 days shipping than go back there. read more

Long lines they take their time and customers really don't seem to matter much. I have waited in the drive through for over a half hour and they don't really care. I have waited on hold for up to an hour again they really don't care. I moved from Walgreens because the service have declined but really can't say that cvs has done any better other than the hours the pharmacy is available that's about it. read more

This place is terrible. I stopped filled medication here long ago because they are always rude, and never have any medications in stock. Unfortunately a medication had to be transferred here today because no other cvs in town had the medication in stock. It was transferred at 10 this morning and nothing for hours so at 4 I call, waited on hold for 25 minutes for them to miraculously say it's ready once I'm off the phone. I go at 5, the drive through is apparently closed, they have it closed up like the pharmacy is closed with a bunch of rude signs about wait times, and Covid tests and if you want service to go inside. So I do and there is a line of like 15 people, I had to be somewhere at 5:30 so looking at the hours posted 9pm, I decide to do come back. I come back at 7 and they apparently told people in line that they close at 7 now. But didn't say we will help x more people they randomly just said we're done corporate shut us down. They wouldn't answer questions they just were rude, and yelled for people to go somewhere else. I called corporate and it was immediately escalated to their higher up team. The customer service people listened to all the yelling and lies the store was telling to the frustrated customers. And hopefully there are some real consequences. So many people without medication tonight. And no opportunity to prepare when their house stayed until 9. This place is terrible go anywhere else. read more

People, you need to listen to this... I called in my script for refill, suddenly thought I may have ordered the wrong "strength" so I called to talk to someone to Confirm. I have only one drug, two different doses..... The person who answered said, (with a southern draw) "You aint got refills on nothin!" ............................................... I said, "check my ....." Then, she he told me how many refills I had. I said, in an irritated voice, "Next time check it before you shoot your mouth off!" She hung up. Ok fine. I waited awhile, Still needed my stuff to be correct, so I called back. I called numerous times, probably 10 times over the course of about 8 hours. Obviously they have caller id. So this means, Everyone who works there was instructed to NOT answer a call from my number. WTH This story gets way way worse, but this is where I'm ending This Part. .................................................. When I finally got my stuff, a week later, if was some generic crap and IT WAS BAD! I've noticed slight differences in quality in the past with generic, but this was way beyond slight!! This place has BAD DRUGS! I am not going into detail, but I am going to go to the expense of having these drugs tested. .................................................... This is a review for CVS as the company: I don't have much of a choice with pharmacies thanks to my insurance. I like that this one fills my prescriptions fast, however answering the phone seems to be the least of their worries. I understand the pandemic put too much responsibilities on pharmacies (testing and vaccines on top of filling prescriptions), however it feel like this specific pharmacy will let you sit on hold until you as the patient decide "nevermind it's not worth it" and sadly, that's the patient's health on the line. If only big pharmacy companies (not just individual stores) had a better system in place for patient service and health... trying to get ahead on managing your prescriptions so you don't run out of them should NOT be this hard! read more

I wish I could give zero starts. Today was my 3rd time there following a change in our insurance locations. I've received care one out of 3 visits. My husband and I had confirmed appts for vaccines today. Upon arrival we were told our appts had been canceled. By CVS. Nothing they could do. They offered no solutions on how we could receive our vaccines today. They have our contact information so why didn't they inform us we would have to reschedule? The person in front of us in line was allowed to make an immediate walk in appt for the same thing. Again our appts were CONFIRMED. My husband left his office to make this trip. The vaccines were available today, just not for us. The last time I was there I waited in line for 45 minutes with a text informing me my prescription was ready. Finally got to the counter and was told the text I received was mistakenly sent. Waited another 20 minutes to finally receive my prescription. I understand being short staffed. What is hard to understand is the rude, unhelpful personel offerering no solutions. Medical insurance is far too expensive to receive such rude, condescending attitudes. read more

This CVS has been a problem for over a year. Last year we had problems with huge delays getting 2 scripts transferred to CVS from AllianceRx taking over a week. We had further problems with techs entering mfg discount codes to the 2 drugs which they incorrectly transposed! Several phone calls to them regarding this resulted in a tech hanging up on me. The problem was their mistake! This week we waited 5 days for 2 scripts to be filled. When I called about them I was told of the issues. When I complained why I wasn't notified of the issues, again, the tech Danielle hung up on me! When we showed up next day for flu vaxes and to resolve problems with drugs, Danielle deliberately came over to stopped Brittany who was helping us and said she would call police because they had a 0 tolerance policy to violence. Danielle is a major problem to this CVS bottom line, and a significant detriment to the customer base of this CVS. This page shows the many problems she has caused for customers. She should be fired! This location is a blight to this local community. It has a reputation with other local pharmacies for never answering the phone and not being responsive. I was put in a position that I couldn't get a script filled here and I couldn't get it tranferred . When other pharmacists dread trying to deal with this location, you know its time that CVS corporate did something to stop their horrendous service! read more

Unfortunately, the drive through facing staff for pharmacy seemed unhappy and annoyed to be working here. Additionally, there's one lady who treats me with a bad attitude every time I come through. And, she's not a problem solver. I was picking up my anti-rejection medication for my recent kidney transplant and when I got there she informed me that the medication wasn't available. I had ordered it the week before yet no one bothered to tell me they couldn't get the med. I was out of the prescription 2 days after the drive through visit and to my dismay she didn't care that I could go into rejection of my new kidney. Her attitude was non-chalant and annoyed. You know.... it's only a life saving medication. After a call to CVS Speciality, a gal named Cindy stepped and was every bit the problem solver I needed. But no thanks to the gal in the drive through who couldn't give two cents about my health/life. Finally the pharmacy manager, Joel, stepped in and reached out to Walgreens Speciality who has the medication. Otherwise I was going to have to drive an hour north to UCHealth @ Anshutz, the very people who had denied me my life saving kidney transplant due to COVID vax status. We truly are living in sickcare NOT "healthcare". So, my recommendation would be to never get your meds from this particular CVS. They're a hot mess and you'll get a side of attitude for free. I will thank Joel for helping to get this resolved but he might want to reconsider who he has working his pharmacy. read more

TERRIBLE experience. Sadly they deserve 0 stars. First , they need to clean floors. During my visit place was very messy and stuff on the floor. Then machine did not print receipt and young lady assisting knew it. Said she could not re print it. Advised I had question for Pharmacist and was told he is too busy and to have a seat and he will get to me when he can ??? No thank you. Who knows how long that might be. Think CVS might want to spring for some more help. From what I saw everyone there is very over worked. read more

IQs are dropping. Looked online at their website. It indicated they had Mucinex D instock at this location. Went in and waited in line for almost 15 minutes. When I got to the front, told them I wanted a box of Mucinex D. The young female clerk told me to go to another line (it had a couple of people in it). Waited in that line for another 10 minutes. When I got to the front, it was the same clerk. Told her I want a box of Mucinex D. She told me they did not have instock. I told her their website indicated differently. Her explanation was it was at the warehouse and they were waiting for their truck to arrive (this is the same type of BS reasoning that Home Depot clerks use although their manager says differently). Concluded by telling her she could have told me they did not have any instock when I was in the other line. Got a shrug of the shoulders. I was in a peaceful mood today; otherwise, I would have said some very bad words to her. But I will never go back to this location (Walgreens it is). read more
