I always come here for medications, and to gran random essentials that I need. Sometimes it's NiQuil, Vitamin C, various vitamins or sunblock. I think I grabbed nail polish last time. It is pretty random. I will say, this CVS comes in handy though. I am able to skip having to go to the grocery store, on top of the pharmacy. Service is always okay- no problems there. Staff has alway been helpful, efficient and friendly despite having to deal with difficult and entitled customers. Reading a past review, I find it sad that there are selfish people who have issue when pharmacy staff, who are already overstressed and understaffed, take their lunch break (1:30 PM to 2 PM). Then proceeds to arbitrarily and without logic bring up vaccines which is neither here nor there. It is such a weird and odd take. As a customer, it is on you to be mindful of hours of operation and not assume. With that said, don't go right after the employees return from lunch because there may be a line.

I asked for the manager and I said "do you see a problem here?" and manager says " no I have no idea about any problem " and I said "how about the long line why don't you hire more people to staff the store to increase your customer satisfaction? " I said it was unacceptable and he just shook his head and smiled at me. I miss the Rite Aid stores. The service was better. CVS is cheap on investing in the proper labor. Before waiting in line for checkout with the cashier, I tried the automated checkout. I was actually trying to give CVS more business, and I had more purchases than would fit on their tiny little automated checkout counter. The cheap paper bags fell on the floor and broke so I said " I don't want all of these things. I just have to buy one medical supply for my daughter" that put me in the 20 line purgatory behind all the people. All the manager could say is why don't you use our automated checkout? I tried to explain to him why the automated checkout did not work mind you I have a computer science degree this is not user error. This is incompetence understaffing, and no understanding of customer satisfaction.
