I always come here for medications, and to gran random essentials that I need. Sometimes it's NiQuil, Vitamin C, various vitamins or sunblock. I think I grabbed nail polish last time. It is pretty random. I will say, this CVS comes in handy though. I am able to skip having to go to the grocery store, on top of the pharmacy. Service is always okay- no problems there. While I was looking at my phone trying to find the items I needed, an employee approached me and kindly asked if I needed assistance. When I couldn't locate one of the products, he directed me to the correct aisle, which was very helpful and appreciated. Later, I realized this employee was actually the store manager. Overall, he seemed friendly and willing to help, but my checkout experience felt a little awkward. While scanning my items, he appeared distracted and then asked whether I was with Uber Eats. Since I was simply looking at my phone, I assume that may have led to the question, but I wasn't sure why it was being asked. It wasn't a major issue, and I don't believe there was any ill intent behind it. However, as constructive feedback, some customers may feel uncomfortable being asked personal questions that aren't related to their purchase. Regardless of the reason for a customer's visit, it's important that everyone feels welcomed and respected without assumptions being made about them. That said, I appreciated the manager's friendliness and his willingness to help me find what I needed. My overall experience was positive, and I offer this feedback simply as an opportunity to make the customer experience even better.

The one thing I do like about this location is that they have a pharmacy drive-thru, which is super convenient. The pharmacists are okay, they seem really busy, so the customer service isn't the most personable. It feels more rushed than friendly, but I get that they're probably dealing with a lot. Just a heads up, the pharmacy closes from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm for lunch. I didn't know this and showed up around 1:29pm , and they still closed the window, so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. I asked for the manager and I said "do you see a problem here?" and manager says " no I have no idea about any problem " and I said "how about the long line why don't you hire more people to staff the store to increase your customer satisfaction? " I said it was unacceptable and he just shook his head and smiled at me. I miss the Rite Aid stores. The service was better. CVS is cheap on investing in the proper labor. Before waiting in line for checkout with the cashier, I tried the automated checkout. I was actually trying to give CVS more business, and I had more purchases than would fit on their tiny little automated checkout counter. The cheap paper bags fell on the floor and broke so I said " I don't want all of these things. I just have to buy one medical supply for my daughter" that put me in the 20 line purgatory behind all the people. All the manager could say is why don't you use our automated checkout? I tried to explain to him why the automated checkout did not work mind you I have a computer science degree this is not user error. This is incompetence understaffing, and no understanding of customer satisfaction.

You can tell there's real care there, which makes a big difference. The store itself is large and well stocked, but the lack of a drive-through is what keeps this at 4 stars instead of 5. Still, reliable service and a pharmacy team I genuinely trust, which is what matters most.

Sharin is the pharmacist and is more than happy and qualified to answer any questions you might have about your prescription. She also is willing to counsel you on nutrition. She is a doll and her brother Ayran is too. The atmosphere is very friendly with two inviting chairs to sit in if you want to or look around at the gift items. They also have great greeting cards. I love to stop by just to say hi when I'm in the building! "Connection" is what it's all about in this rather disconnected world we live in. What a pleasure to walk in anywhere and they smile and know your name. You will find that here.
